To be fair to me, its not my "anecdotes" or "pulling numbers out of the air", I literally queried the other boards entire database and got an exact number. This isn't something I "guessed" or pulled out my ass. The other board is known to be extremely popular in the seattle-metro area. Most mongers I know (including people who are infrequent mongers who sugar baby and see non-pros, or people that visit AMPs, and even the casual monger that has maybe seen a SW a select few occasions) have probably perused the other board listings at least once in their lifetimes. And since the other board *requires* an account to even see the ads, anyone who's looked at the listings HAS to setup an account, even if its a one-time burner. So I think its a very reasonable assumption that the otherboard captures a decent approximate size of the total monger population in the seattle-metro area (bellevue, kirkland, tacoma, etc.). Obviously, it will not be the full population of mongers, but I asked a few of my friends who monger IRL, if they've ever been on the other board, and 5 out of 5 replied the affirmative.
