I've had no luck on tinder / bumble in the cleveland area. Like you say just scams. Now, travel to other more active locations. Even Columbus, and with a bit of effort and trained eye you'll find some good talent. Now go to a well built up area and it works quite well. I just spent the last few days in the OC.
