Obviously you're not going to get it for anywhere near the price you paid in Thailand, but it is available. There are a couple of asian apartment numbers that have been steady on places like eros, so they should be dependable, as is (supposedly) Thai Palace. Hawaii Spa in Lansing, MI (As for Micki) or Sun Spa in Warren, OH. (ask for just about anyone, but Coco was great). You should review the boards for both of these places.
