I was at Girlz on Monday and saw an old, Viet geezer groping one of the girls at his table. He was literally grabbing her rack while she sat there, sorta protesting. But this was a bit unnerving to the point where I almost stepped in.
You're judgemental comment upsets this old geezer, I'll leave it at that.
RIP my brothers.
I was thinking something along the same thing. That Old Geezer probably had to kill his way out of South Vietnam.
It all depends on who's working too. Some ladies don't do shows and others will do only top and / or bottom. It does get cold when you are only wearing a string bikini LOL. The girls wear a coat or see through gown when doing shows at certain places so they have something to cover up if LE walks in. I have been to 168 before and there was a brave one wearing nothing but her stalkings and heels, but it's a risk to them if uncle LEO walks in. . So it all depends on the day. Still great places to relax and chill after work to wait out traffic.
I hear you. However, I walked into my old favorite 168 the other day and got views of some of the most beautiful tits I've seen AND bottomless views throughout my entire visit. .

Girlz Sunday 3-5 Evening
Never dropped in on a weekend, let alone a evening. Last night I took a detour to check it out. 7 pm-ish. Kind of busy. 1/2 full. 3 girls. All Asian. 1 wearing very sheer lingerie, 1 schoolgirl skirt, 1 slingshot bikini. A fair amount of Top and Bottom shows. Tipped $5 each table visit w / a sit down. Spent 30 minutes in the smoke and bounced. (I HATE the Smoke!

Hi all
So I have been frequenting Cafe 368, Cafe 168 and Cafe Starz a lot. It is fun but the smoke is starting to give me serial headaches. So I think I might switch back to starbucks even though I lose the eye candy for same the price as starbucks. It got me thinking how come the health department doesn't enforce these places. If the same shit happened in irvine, let's just say there would be a neighborhood protest. The bathrooms are like grade f and the overall conditions of the place are like health grade z, yet I see no one giving a shit. I had a friend who owned a restaurant and he said the health inspector would come once a month to his place. Is there something going on in westminster. Are they on the take? Is the city council on the take? WTF?
IF the smoke went away, I would love it more.

I despise smoking, I don't want to get lung cancer from second-hand smoke! I want to see these beautiful gals (and their attire!) so much but smoke on my clothes, then in my car, and it lingers, how do you explain it to your SO or wife?! I read your guys' cafe reports hoping to read that there's a cafe that's smoke-free! Curious, I thought restaurants / cafes in SoCal banned smoking.

I am a former coffee shop owner, yes smoking is never allowed inside any cafe / restaurant businesses. But the shop owner only need to put on the "no smoking" signs and that's it. If the cops come in, they give the smokers tickets not the shop owner. If you stop customers from smoking they will just go to another shop that allows them to smoke.
Unless you really have problems with the landlords or the tenant neighbors don't like you. The landlord will send you the notice not to let the customer smoke inside. That's when they have to do it.

Lu on Harbor has less smoking than the other places. Lu has boring girls working day shifts though.
Original digits has better daytime girls. They cut way back on the number of shifts loaded with chubby single moms and chicks turning themselves into bodybuilders, Lol. You can actually see some normal looking Asian girls there now without a bunch of chunky ones blocking the view, Lol.

They have 6 girls working but all of them hanging out at 1 table. The girls are hot but no show to attract horny men. I think they will close soon.

I can't stay and watch a game anymore. I used to be really close to a girl who knew the coffee shop world really well. I once told her I wanted to open a coffee shop where NO SMOKING would be enforced. She said we wouldn't get customers. Well, I lived in the UK when they stopped smoking in the pubs, and they said the same thing, and it turned out not to be true. There was a new class of customers that showed up in the pubs. But, anyway, if I ever did open up one, I figured it would be good to find a location with an outside garden like we used to see at M Cutie. Plus, if you get gambling machines, some customers will show up for that.
Also, the mention of the nasty ass bathrooms. I don't get it either. There are so many people in this county you can pay to clean toilets once a night for pennies. Plus, you know the owners don't keep their personal bathrooms at home this way, I'm so surprised they tolerate it.

HD Quan on Brookhurst is a clean place. Also, Di Vang 2 over by Starz is pretty clean. You can use the restroom without getting Ebola. Lol

Cat Tuong on Harbor was pretty great for a couple years. Cool original owners and tons of hot 20 year old girls. A very chill low key spot. Not crazy crowded, or packed with smokers.
Then some weirdos took over and made a big mess out of it. So now it's toast. Sign on the building has come down.

When income drops, the first thing to go is the bathroom services and then the number of DirectTV boxes. At Girlz, I've seen them clean the bathrooms several times a day. When visiting other places, I normally go to dinner before. I use the bathroom there and take paper towels from their bathroom. If I have to take a crap, I'm going home.
