She gives great service. But from a value perspective the comments here are worth noting. We've seen many providers reviewed here start off great with great reviews and then they get gps and go off the rails. It has been years so unlike some others she didn't do this quickly. But here we are. The rates coupled with the like it or lump it attitude will probably hurt her business in the long run. When the recession hits, and it will hit, more providers will join the scene leaving better options for us.
