Your experience may be different, but should be better than going in without the research. I'm kind of new myself. I'm here about every night trying to learn the lingo like "standard rates". I think possibly 1 to 2 weeks a year they get to visit family or have a little away time from living 24/7 inside those spas. The other times they are on bacation they just go to another spot to show off their talents.
