Everything else is details. A couple of things you can try. Pick a girl with a great reputation (Kelli, Lindsay, Amy, etc). Contact them through a board (like this one) or through their website. Build a comfort level with them through that. Don't be nasty or discuss services in exchange for money. Just use it to introduce yourself and express your desire to get to know her in person.
