The room I was led to (right side) did not have walls that went all the way to the ceiling. There was also a little window at the entry of the room that was slightly covered by some decorated fabric. In that case I opt for the half hour because it is substantially less to the house. These places will even discourage an hour session, so the girls can get more turnover.
