If you're looking for the services mentioned in your post, you should expect to pay at least a Ben Franklin, especially at an AMP. This is of course on top of what you've already paid for the house fee.
To agree with another one of MJ's points, if you are looking for these services, going the escort route will probably get you closer in price but expect to be upsold on it for a BBJ. Never seen anyone post about this place, but I went here randomly while getting some thai food next door. 40 hhr. Short slim thai woman (she said she was 30 but looked a little older). The room was so dark I could barely see anything. AC was also blasting so I was freezing my balls off. A very intense massage. Painful at times but it honestly felt kinda nice. She was fairly talkative during (which I didn't mind) just talking about how her day was and Thai food recommendations. Lots of teasing towards the end of the massage. On the flip I asked for FS. Wasn't on the table. Got HJ for $60. She really took her time with it (no jackhammer). Panties stayed on but pants came off. Would go back here if I want a good massage (wish there was FS).

I noticed that the thai joints usually have better massages (both providers were Chinese). When it was time they asked what I wanted and I chose the saran wrap BJ for 80.
