I have even read roanoke county code covering massage it is pretty strict.

It seems the 2 posts prior relative to RR starkly differ in opinion with your post. But I guess if the sign says it, it must be true LOL.
Is tokyo spa open? Drove by a couple times and looked closed. There was a note on the door but didn't want to get out of my car to read it.
Went to orchid about a week ago and got a new masseuse, didn't catch her name. She gave a good rub and was playful with lots of teasing during the massage but wanted 60 went I went roaming so I settled for a basic ending with the standard tip. She was the only one working and had to stop a couple times, massage was rushed and only got 40 minutes of the 60 I paid for. She said she would make it up to me next time but I'm not sure I want to see her again.

They are sunflower and tokyo, can't confirm but I think they tend to keep more staff at sunflower during the week since its establish and on the weekend have a couple girls at tokyo. Again, can't confirm.
Has anybody else been to Red rose? Only seen two reports.
Does anyone know if its still open? I noticed there are no longer any advertising on clist or backpage.

How you guys fill abought thos terms?

I'm with you, I've had some negotiate tip at the time of the flip to determine level of service, but never an exchange before services are rendered and certainly not before the start.

That lady is Julie, and while attractive, is quite possibly the biggest ***** I've ever encountered at an AMP, and also the only provider, EVER, to have left me unsatisfied. So while there are a few reports here of people getting lucky, she is a total ***** overall. That one previous post where they said only professional services are rendered is likely from the owner, as it is the only post by that individual trying to lay low since LEO reads this as well.
Honestly, outside of the lucky few, the best way to respond is with your wallet (or your feet walking out), so that owners know we won't tolerate this type of shit. Let me explain why for those who haven't done the math:
These ladies are rich, make no mistake. They should be thankful of patronage since this money requires no education or really any skilled labor. They see an average of 7-8 clients, on the conservative side, a day. If you factor in average massage fees, and average tip amount, let's just say house makes 7*50 (maybe 1/2 30 min, 1/2 60 min) = $350 a day and attendant makes 7*40 = $280 a day. Since owners operate all days of week, they are pulling in $10,500 a month (yes, there are expenses like rent but it isn't all that much here in SW VA) or $126,000/ yr. Again, that is conservative. The attendant makes $280 a day * 6 days a week (1 day off) = $1,680/ week, or $6,720/ month, $80,640/ yr. Keep in mind this is "after tax" money since none of these people ever pay taxes. Which is how LEO shuts down AMP's in other states. If you multiple house and attendant incomes by a 25% tax rate, then their gross income is really $168,000/ yr for the house, and $107,520 for the attendant. Let's keep in mind the wild range of tips attendants get, which I'd say varies anywhere from $20-$100 (and I've heard more). My calculation is just based on $40, the lower part of that spectrum. Every $20 in avg tip amount adds another $43,680/ yr in after tax income for the attendant. 6 digits regardless. How many of us are also in this range? But getting back to my point.
When you are making this type of money for easy work, why would you have such a poor attitude? More power to you Jim1960 and RoaDreamer1. You did exactly the right thing.
As for your request LuvToFlip. It ain't going to happen and honestly, don't really want to risk that either. Best to always wear a hat, 5 sec of pleasure isn't worth a life time of suffering!

The only thing I can think of is maybe she has been cheated a few times and thinks she should try getting the money up front. Either way you're right, that is not a trend we want to get going.
