I had it happen to me once in Chicago. I, innocently, offered a ride home to a girl. It was 10 pm at night in a bad neighborhood and she had two sacks of groceries. She hops in. Two blocks later, I'm in the back of the cruiser. I stuck to the truth, I wasn't looking for a date. After an hour of intense interrogation they let me go. I gave her a ride to her house about 1/2 mile away. She even asked me if I wanted a date. I said no.

I doubt it happens very often, but I can see why they would want to use a SW instead of UC. I would assume that most UCs would be white and possibly older. Most of the SW I've seen on the the have been non-white and younger.

What I would like to know is how is it against the law in any way to offer someone a ride?

I said no.[/QUOTE]You know, I don't think I have heard of SW decoys in a couple years, anywhere; and I cover many states and lots of towns. All the UC, decoy, and bust activities seem to be on the internet. Think about it. With cell phones most SW's can run ads and work from motels. And the lazy cops can do the same. And since the girls work off phones more now than ever, the LE has moved inside where they have much better control of the situation. Remember, their priority is control of the situation.

But despair not. Just about all of the SW's that try working off phones and most of the BP gals walk when the phone doesn't ring. So, there are always more pussy on the hoof than days of the week to enjoy them. Just memorize the 22 rules and you will probably stay out of the back of a cruiser and citation-free. I was just driving up the the this evening around 7:30 with my significant other. I think I pass a WSW around burton that was 5'10" to 6 foot. I couldn't look to long because of my company, but she look hotter than any walker I have seen in GR. Her dress and mannerism suggested she was a walker. Anyone have any intel.

Still seems quite dead. Maybe it's still too cold in the morning but usually there would be a couple SW walking around in the morning by now. In the last couple weeks I've seen one and only once. White, fat and fugly. Oh well, maybe May will be better.

I went down a couple of blocks and went around, she was still headed down Crofton. This time, she waved at me, but there was another car waiting. Call me stupid, but I don't cut into someone else action. If they, and she's still around, then I'll scoop her up. I did another pass, but she was gone. She looked like a mix between little Mami and Tonya.

Every time I stop and wait for her she walks right on by. The young woman you described sounds like her.

I'm sure she's working because she was out there Sat. Morning also. Same routine. She started at McD's and walked down to Burton. Turned around and walked back. She crossed the street several times. That one waves at everyone and is normally out in the morning. Typically walks closer to Burton down to Alger.

I concur with what Sparty said. If you see a skinny black person waving at cars with great enthusiasm; it's probably a guy. Or they could be high on drugs. It's better to pass them up. I'm more inclined to pick up a woman that's more subtle. A simple head nod or a brief wave and I'll definitely swing around. If I'm not mistaken there's three guys that are on Div. Two are black and one is Hispanic. You'll be able to spot them as they do look rough.

Had an hour to burn and took a stroll down the "Dee" yesterday. I'll usually see at least one LEO around, but of all things I saw at least 4-5 on my first stroll through. I made a turn around, and went back, and they are just everywhere. I also saw a few un marked just sitting. So I parked behind a liquor store, and pull the phone looking for a BP girl instead, and what do ya know, a LEO pulls up behind me really slow. Luckily he just kept going, as I pretended to be on my phone. After he left the parking lot, I got my shit together, and booked out of that part of town asap. I've never seen that kind of LEO action in one 15 min stroll before.
