The account was created back in 2009, which if my memory serves me correctly, was shortly after facebook stopped requiring a.edu email to register. All of these are your friends when looking into providers. They can provide a lot of context that's usually left out of reviews and ads that's helpful in making a decision regarding if you're going to contact them or not. As far as I'm concerned though, if there's no info about someone either on here or TER they're not even considered.
