Visited the "relaxing asian massage" e 54th street late last week. Don't Bother! 7 for the hour. She used way to much baby oil and at the end switched to lotion. At this point I thoungt that things were looking up, but the lotino was for a facial massage. I did not get her name, but she was alone, had to call first. SHe was a 4 or 5 on the scale. THe massage was a 5 or 6. Left not happy, she kept me more covered than my clothes did. Obviously no tip.

I hate tipping in general across the whole spectrum of services we use day to day, but if I'm going to say, dine somewhere often, I want the staff to recognize that I appreciate their service and commitment.
I like Rejuv the best given its location and number of rooms/girls. Far from the fear of LE and somewhat discrete yet public location. They take good care of the rooms and the girls can shower to clean up.
The girls talk and when you're known as a big tipper you don't have to always tip big to get the same effect.
Two or three hours pay is nothing compared to the work these ladies put in, my occasional affliction of conscience implores me to not be a cheap azz. But I do try to be cognizant of not disrupting the while monger community with outrageous gratuity.
I'm not sure of all the reasons Studio 421 closed, but one of them was financial, mainly their rates were too high, although I felt "you get what you pay for" and with only one exception, the 20 or so sessions I had their from 2003 to 2008 were all excellent. When I first started going to Studio 421 in 2003, I was making better money (as was everybody else!) so Studio 421 didn't seem that high. Of course at a massage parlor, half the money goes to owner and half to the massage therapist (more or less) so the girls would ask for a high tip ("tips start at double the session fee") to compensate. At Studio 421 of the "session" fee went to the owner but also therapists had to PAY an $80/week fee to the owner just for the priviledge of sitting on the couch eating pizza and watching DVD's until a customer. Owner say usually say "it's like renting a chair in a barber shop as an independent contractor. The therapists still had to pay this fee even if they didn't have sessions! When the economy started getting bad last year, business really fell but the owner didn't lower the prices for the recession. This was when gas prices were high. I would some times call to chat with the girls even if I wasn't going to reserve a session. One day in September I called and was heartbroken to hear that some of the girls didn't even have enough money for food or gasoline. The girl said that they hadn't had any sessions all day (it was 3:00 pm when I called), but IF a girl got a session she was going to buy lunch for everyone. I immediately rushed over there and gave the girls a pizza. So I started dropping off pizzas regularly (the nearby Little Caesar's offered a large pizza for $6 or $10 for two pizzas, breadsticks & a 2-liter pop).
I have searched this thread without success so I need some info if possible. I get to Indy 4-6 times per year for busineess meetings and usually look for some type of entertainment when I am in town. I have visted the AMP on Allisonville and the one on 86th street. I have not been able to find directions to Rejuv South and it sounds like another adventure spot to visit. Would anyone like to share any info on how to find this place, it would be appreciated.
There used to be 2 locations, hence the Rejuv South. Now however, just one called Rejuvenate. It always advertises in the printed copy of Nuvo. It is on South side of town just off of I465 exit 2B. One of only 2 places (that I know of) in the area that has a table shower. Happy hunting.

Thanks to everyone who provided me with info on Rejuv South. Next trip Indy looks like I need to head to south side for a little change of pace.
I have been researching this board trying to figure out my next AMP to try after a generally positive experience at the 86th Street/North Indi location. There were many good comments about Rejuv South, and since it was not too far, I decided yesterday to take the plunge after work.
Met by a tall, somewhat thin gal who looked to be late 30's or early 40s. Did not see any other girls. She led me to the room after collecting for the house and began a so so massage with only minimal chit chat. Since it was my first time there, she may have been a little nervous with me, and I did not take her attitude too personally. On the flip, she flatly asked me what I wanted next. No too subtle, but I like a girl who is direct. I indicated by gestures what I wanted and asked for something more than that, but we could not agree on the tip for more. She finished off the massage in a little hurried fashion but got the job done nonetheless. Looks 7, attitude 6. I think she could be better next time if she recognizes me.
. 5 for the house and. 5 tip, which I think is a little generous for the service offered but hopefully the tip was well invested for a future trip with a better experience.

So complete noob here. Just had my first AMP experience and, based on all your reccomendations, went to RS.
Met with A*** who I think is the same girl described by "Dramses08. " She's a little older, but very good looking. Amazing breasts and in great shape. The stomach didn't bother me.

I just stopped by there myself a day ago. There was a 40+ brunette that was the only lady working. Had a massage and HR. Led me to believe that more might be available in the future. Very nice massage and other service. Very nice lady, but a little older that I prefer. .7 for 45 minutes & 30 tip. I will probably try again to see if any younger ladies appear.
