This is probably a dumb question, but if both of you didn't have the same story, could they still arrest either of you? Like if she said you were an old friend and you said you just met her at that club? Or would they just detain and interrogate and inconvenience you longer in this case?

The old HIV or STD story is a scare tactic used by all LE especially if they know the girl is a SW. Not saying that she did or didn't so in all cases protect yourself or suffer the consequnses. They are usually trying to get a response from you or just putting a modicum of fear into you when they say this. Most of the time they are not looking for an arrest but just to scare you and show a presence as a deterrent for the activity. What you did was a good play but don't ever trust the girl to stick with a plan, they will do whatever it takes to keep from going t jail even if they have to rat you out by saying you were trying to get them to have sex for money. Be carefull out there guys!
I'm not sure if they could of did anything. But like I said. I played like a fiddle for them and acted mildly let down that she was streetwalker. Then I said. I appriciate what you guys did for me but what if the poor girl wanted to go out on a real date and you guys just ruined it. Is she not allowed to go out with guys ever? So I didn't push an issue like that but I made if obvious that I upset and shocked (wink wink). But here is my problem. I live near chesire bridge and only dabble there once in a blue moon, being that there was 3 cops there I won't be able to ever dabble there again because most likely they will be around, plus I have a ridiculous vehicle that stands out. So no strolling for me.
If LE sees you with a *known prostitute* in your car, they sometimes CAN nab you. I was told this BY a cop (not in compromising situation). Might be something like *aiding and abetting*. It's also technically illegal to *solicit rides* from the roadside, so that can be an angle too. There's also a strong likelihood that any SW you pick might be carrying drugs - and if they find them on HER, they can snag YOUR car.
Having a plausible story that you're both in sync with DOES help mitigate the odds. However, bottom line is if LE wants you, LE can get you. Even if they throw some ludicrous charge at you that would never hold up in court, how many of you will even let it GET to court? I suspect most of you will want to keep it as much on the down low as possible.
Yes good points and you are right that they can always get you for something if they really want to. And I've given rides to non-SW providers before and certainly it was not a good idea because of the possibility they could have drugs on them.
Once again I'm glad that I live far from any SW strolling areas, so I'm not tempted. But then again I miss out on a lot of good times for reasonable prices too. I just don't know that I have the constitution for such situations...I commend you guys though who know how to play the odds as best as possible and get into some fun adventures as a result.
The little corner in front of the TL was crawling with SW tonight about 1:30am. There was 1 WSW and about 5 BSW, one of whom was acting like a lunatic with the yelling and waving at cars.
I didn't drive all the way down in to the TL parking lot, but I bet that it had an even larger number of options.
About 5 LE vehicles were way down the street at the porn shop next to Wendy's, so I guess something went down there.
It must be the same BSW that was out late sunday night. When I drove through she was hollering "You ready for it" There were quite a few out around 3:00 am that morning but I had company with me and wasnt able to stop and partake.
FIB can be very risky when trying to hone your mongering craft w/LE lurking behind every bush. One of the techniques I use that everyone might find useful(I know some may already be doing this) when picking up SWs on FIB is to get a number from them before allowing them in your car, where all of your WORST nightmares can come true. It makes it a lot tougher for LE to harass you.
Getting the number works out really well for handling those difficult situations when you find yourself at one of the HOtels the SWers can be found in abundance. This keeps you from doing the drive-thru and getting pulled over while creeping thru HOtel parking lot. Much like G.Simms' post, its harder for cops to arrest you if all you're doing is visiting a girl that you met thru a supposed mutual friend.
This technique has served me very well. It has even allowed me to meet some of the other SWers as they hang out of their rooms. A brief delay and you could walk away w/#s for other girls that only hit the stroll at different times in the day. Matter of fact, I rarely have to drive up and down FIB.
I think this is the safest way of dealing w/SWer that walks the stroll and works out of a HOtel.

This is very good info. I cruised FIB a few times last night 10ish and 2ish. Each time I saw a load of PoePoe hiding out. I did stop in the Adult Book store as a precaution.
Surf's tip of the day is....Stop by a local merchandise store (not just a 7-11 or QT), adult book stores are great for this. Grab a small thing of lube or some Hoodies, have them put them in a store bag, but toss the receipt cause it has a time/date stamp on it. Also grab a card or flyier from the entrance.
Now when, not if, but when, a rolling blanket filler stops you for being in the area, you can say you were picking up some stuff for you and your girl, etc, etc. Also, you shop in this area of town because the one near your house is too public, etc, etc.
BTW - don't use this if you get caught creeping the hotel parking lot, it won't fly.

Last night at around 11 I took a cruise down FIB. The Fannies/Babes loop had the usual suspects, although I think the quality over there has gotten better of late, especially on Mills Pl. the road behind the motel under renovation. There were also a few BSWs in the Shell station over by TL & the McDs - not too bad looking, definitely better than the usual collection of "rock" stars that are usually there.
There was one BIG surprise - on FIB, right at the intersection of Wendell, I saw a handpainted sign stuck in the island that said "VIP", with arrows pointing to the Fulton Inn side of Wendell. I took a drive down there to investigate. There were two BSWs standing smack in the middle of the street all but jumping in front of cars. I took a right onto Interchange Drive (the first right on Wendell after FIB) and there was the absolute motherlode of hot SWs - BSWs, WSWs, HSWs - at least 12 of them, mostly 8s or better on the SW scale, all congregated in the middle of the street between the old Mrs. Winners & the extended-stay motel entrance.
I did NOT partake as this was WAY too above-the-radar for my taste, but if your personal risk tolerance is higher than mine, there were some serious hotties out there to be had. Some pimp has got some major nutsack on him to put that many girls out there with a sign in the damn road pointing people (and LE) to the action.
Ok here is the deal, I am going Sunday to Six Flags with the family, need a fool proof plan to escape long enough to find some action or have it come to me at the park.
Any suggestions?

Well, as far as an excuse to ditch the family, I wouldn't be able to help. What I would do though after I figured out how to separate from the kinfolks would be renting a room at one of the known monger spots, the TL for example. Now, this isn't the safest approach in itself (it helps to be of a darker shade, or at least a large guy, I would think), but I'd rather have a minibase for my operations as opposed to flying up and down the strip in my car like a chicken with my head cut off looking for the action. Especially if you're going to be doing it in broad daylight.
On the other hand, you could try to pre-plan something by lurking the area tonight (me myself, I have no use for lurking on Friday nights in Atlanta, as I've found out that is truly the Vice's coming out party night here) or Saturday. But what's the chances of finding a reliable hook-up in that fashion?
Another move would be to try craigslist and search for "six flags" or "Thornton Rd. " if you don't mind spending a few dollars for an escort. The furthest east I'd go to see an escort in that situation is Bankhead (or Hollowel, or whatever the hell they call it now) and the furthest west I'd go given the time constraints is Thornton Rd.
A couple of years ago there were a couple of high quality, low cost, not bad on the eyes providers I used to see off of Six Flags Drive, but they have since moved on.
