Recently observed the lights on and the door open at the former "Tengoku" on the ground floor of the A.Y. Wong Building (1507 South King Street), so I walked in. Seems that it's being renovated by some Koreans. They said that it may be opening for business, under a new name, within the next week or two.

Yes, there is an AMP located on the second floor of that building and it's called Ginger's (1694 Kalakaua Avenue, at the Fern Street corner). The entrance for Ginger's is at the rear of the building. I haven't been there in quite a while, but whenever I went there in the past, full service was always available and the women were Korean. The phone number for Ginger's is 941-7540.
