Your best bet will probably be to call in at 8-9 am the morning of and try to make your appointment, and even then it's not a guarantee.

This time around it was the "other" mama. But it was mean mama who greeted me at the door and took my house fee. Aloha guys. Thanks for all the advice and input. Just going to chalk it up to "can't win them all".
