One SM pm me his disagreement on my assessment. So I'd like to say a bit more about this.

Spinner has to be short & thin / skinny, or at least it has to be proportionally thin / skinny.

I don't consider a 5'1" 120 lbs a spinner. She is short, may be toned, fit, slender, but not a spinner.

I'd consider 5'5" 110 115 lbs a thin / skinny provider, calling her a spinner would be too liberal, but it's a good enough description to let people know she is proportionally thin / skinny.

5'2" and around 105 lbs is probably a spinner with some curves.

I remember someone commented on EEC's advertising a while back, sarcastically saying that EEC always call their girls spinner if they are short in spite of their weight. So I know my opinion is not uncommon.

Now, turning to my assessment. From ECCIE's Dallas thread, someone create a list of spinner-ish providers, tracking those under 115 lbs and shorter than 5'5".
