The doctor told me to take a whole one at first to get the full effect. I could feel it almost instantly, and it screwed me up for about a day. A quarter is a healthy dose for me, and cutting one up into 5 or 6 chunks usually works fine. I wish they sold it in smaller dosages. Thanks for the tip on Canada Drug.
