One of the only things I saw was a tranny who waved me down every time I drove past. I can't confirm the big curly hair, but she was at least 6 feet tall with broad shoulders.

Even if they lie about it and you're found innocent the damage is done. Years ago I was waiting at a traffic light on the the and a SW approached my car. They can lie, they can say whatever they want, and do nearly anything they want to do. All without much risk of getting in trouble. They will absolutely give you bs tickets like the one RepArgent received, knowing you are almost 100% certain to pay it without making a stink over it because of the situation. If you want, it's very simple to go to court, say you were waiting at the light and noticed a woman you thought might be in trouble, only to realize she was engaging in illegal behavior. But then you have to expose the fact that you were there in the first place and offer the people in your life an explanation. It's typically easier to pay it and make it go away.
The police will even abuse what little lines exist to protect us to ensure that they make themselves feel better for "cleaning up the streets". They couldn't care less about the very, very obvious drug dealers walking up and down the same street. It's far too much effort to watch them for 20 minutes for probable cause when they can ensure that two people do not engage in sexual activity and generosity at the same relative moment in time.

That means they can even engage in the act itself if they wished. Most do not go that far, but LE checks are useless. I was hoping to get the reality out there, I suspected there were misconceptions but I didn't know LE could go that far, damn it's scary what they can do to infringe on the rights of consenting adults. LE job is dangerous enough, not many supervisors would allow a female to get in the car and drive off with a john, even if they have her wired and are following. Just too much opportunity for something to go wrong once the female is alone with the john. We aren't talking major criminal activity and big publicity bust here, the risk is not worth the reward for a small time arrest. If she gets in the car and let's you drive off (and I don't mean just pulling into a parking lot where she is standing) you can be pretty assured it's not likely she's LE.
