I can't count how many warrants these SW's have on "No Show Warrants" for court. You are talking about trying to get a drug addict to show up in the early morning for court, on a bogus charge they are pissed off about anyway. Then they have to find a way to get to court, and most really don't LIVE downtown, nearby, but might trick nearby. That is why they get Loitering with intent to Solicit. They are just hanging around in the same area, hour after hour, and have no living address in the area, or even a car to move around, to get anywhere. And this is a lite charge, so they can't get a public defender, who can beat that charge. It doesn't help have previous Soliciting charges against them too.
I saw the second episode last week and saw the heavy set BSW they arrested in the sting truck. I have seen her before. Nice attitude, but nothing I'd ever pick up. Too Miss Piggy for me.
Often when I have picked up a few they have had to ride very low in the seat to avoid being spotted, by LE, because they have warrant for "No Shows." It 's just STUPID, careless, and dumb. But we are not talking about everyday rational people, making good decent life decisions.
Back during the Summer I saw one night a camera crew with the CPD, near the corner of McMik & Vine, with the lights & camera rolling on a few WSW's and a dude nearby. I thought it was them filming an episode of "COPS", but it might have been the P. W. Of Cincy.
I thought it to be unusual, but when no one else saw it but myself and a few friends of mine, I dismissed it.
I also think I have seen the two white cops on the show as decoys on Walnut & Liberty. They were Hot Looking at the corners, and if you know the rules you knew they were decoys.
SW's right now are starved for money, because, the ones that never have minutes on their cells, are now managing to have enough to call you to see if you are available. Amazing!
Still, they can't keep enough minute for a return call only a few days later.
The streets are too cold to be standing in to wait for a pickup if any, and the layers of clothes, hooded faces, and more, make it too hard to see what you are getting into. And some of the SW's are not keeping themselves the freshest, if I can calm that. A few I picked up, smell very MUSKY to me, and I let them back off after telling them so. Of course they said they are staying at a Flop House. Not exactly a place for cleanliness & safety.
Once it warms up, it will take a little while for them to come out of hiding, and hit the streets again. And don't be fooled by the budget cut. The LE will not miss a beat on arresting SW's, and Patrolling the streets.
And if the PWofC is a hit then look for more "Lights, Cameras, and Action.

We ask that all members review this guide and please post all comments, addition, deletion and change suggestions in the Rants. Raves and Opinions thread. This will keep the Guide thread from getting clogged up and make it easier for new members to access.
I know there has been an abundance of comments already regarding this Guide. Please remember this guide is being posted so that as veteran hobbyist we will be able to point the new member to a document that will help them get started. This will alleviate veteran members from the redundant task of explaining the hobby repeatedly or just telling nubies to RTFF to get them off our backs. I feel it is easier and makes more sense to give them the tools they need rather than tell them to read and good luck. I know that there are many veteran hobbyists here that do go out of their way to help nubies and I feel they should be congratulated. I also feel that this guide will make it easier on all, nubies and veterans alike.

Found an old acquaintance recently in LPH that goes by Nicki. Supposedly went to rehab but was unsuccessful. About 30 yrs old with longer brown hair. Not the best looking but surely not the worst. She gives one MEAN BBBJCIM. Very nice and agreeable. I originally found her in UPH about a year ago.
I was also told about a white gentleman in LPH that has been raping and attempting to rape girls. Drives a black station wagon of some sort.
