They asked for a phone number to "register" it to, so I gave them one out of the phone book from a town near me. I was wondering if there is any provider in Chicago area who does a hair trimming (possibly shaving) of the hair in the personal areas. The reason I ask is that I had a great experience from a provider in LA area who combined with hair trimming service with a great massage (with HJ).

I am not certain hair trimming is on the menu, but if you would consider waxing there are a few spas that will accommodate your desires.
I personally use Paradise in the south Loop.

Maybe not first visit, but oftentimes the girls who do massage also cut hair.
Ask after a massage to set something up for the next visit. I think if you go in asking for that up front you will be shot down.

Full compliance was supposed ot have been achieved somewhere in 2009 if I remember correctly. As I got mine in mid-2006, and it was a cheaper model, I'm moderately sure it doesn't have a GPS chip in it. As for a modern cell, you're right, the only way to avoid someone tracking you through it is to be sure it's not in your name, so no one's looking for you.
OK, I'm going to step into one of my other personas for a moment, that of radio geek. Currently, there are several location systems in use, one of which is GPS using the phones own chip. However, LE also has access to the system that 911 uses to track mobile phones. This system works server-side, I. E. On the cell network, NOT the phone. The system can track which tower is handling the communication with an individual phone, and using signal strength from adjoining towers triangulate the phone's position to within about a city block (in theory). This doesn't always have to be tracking a call that you made, either. They can (in theory, again) triangulate using a 'service connection' (tower communicates with phone but no call is in progress and the phone doesn't ring). The only way to avoid a cell phone being tracked (provided they want to track it badly enough) is to make sure the phone is OFF. REALLY off, as in 'airplane mode' or pull out the battery.
All that being said, most vice operations don't have those kinds of resources or technical expertise, nor do they need it. They really are shooting fish in a barrel, and they know it, and their bosses know it, too. They won't be pulling this kind of stuff out of the bag unless they have a high-profile guy that they're after. Say, a serial killer whacking providers.

Been using a gv number as a relay for about a year. GV not in my name and I can use different phones to access it as well as turn it off / on.
I mean really, no crime in calling someone, I just do not want unwanted return calls.
The latino place on armitage does it, I got it done about a year ago, I called and asked and had to provide my own razor etc. Was nice, was on the table shower. Was a bit rough, guess was her 1st time, but nonetheless with all the action down there. I got happy.

Well form my experience, I guess you can say I am more comfortable with SW there is a high risk but I am pretty confident in my skill to avoid LEO and luckly have done so. Besides that the only Massage parlor experiences are from my military days no experience here in Chicago as well as BP. Was just wondering what other members have to say on this issue and if I should branch out and not get out of the SW but expand my options since they are avaliable.

Ok I know it could be mean but I figured I will try it. I respondent to two ad on CL. First one she needed help. I respondent by say I could help if I received help. I told her that I had some money but I was going to use it for a message. She agreed to give me a message so I can give her the money instead of the spa. Set up appointment.
