When results came in you could discretely pick them up. Sorry, don't recall the name because I've been away several months, but it is located on the south side of 580 about a half a block after you turn east of of McMullen-Booth road. 1) Proving I had insurance and (you can opt for cash, I know the bill is in the 300 range now.
2) Getting a mailing address from me (PAY ATTENTION HERE!) - I thought ahead and gave them work address, and confirmed that anything mailed would go there. The LAST thing you need is medical mail coming to your house!
They sat me in room and I waited a long time, YMMV. They took vitals and left again, the NP took my statement for the doc to come in later. My quotes: "My ex-GF gave me something, I don't have time or care about what. I just need the full treatment for anything that causes dripping, leaking and burning". "I don't know where she got it, I do not have any contact with her any longer and never will". "No I am not currently sexually active with anybody else".
They gave me a shot and two prescriptions and sent me out the door of the little room. At the waiting area they have a pharmacy, and for very cheap will fill your prescriptions for cash (15 bucks? So you can be fully fixed by the time you leave, total time about 2 hours (give or take). I took all the pills at the water fountain in the lobby and threw all evidence away in their trash can. I did later get something from my insurance in the mail about the cost. But I luckily got to that before she did. I forget if there was a 3-day series on the flagyl or not, seems I hid that in the car. This was a while ago, so I don't remember. Somebody more current can confirm or deny that.

I visited her a few times then and once at her recent location but Dunedin is to far from my home port to go regularly. She doesn't look as good now as then but I always has a good time with her.
