The only reason it had gone downhill for the last 3-4 years was because of the manager they had working there. He treated a lot of girls bad, so they either quit or went elsewhere. Fewer girls or fewer attractive girls = fewer guys coming in. Another thing that reduced the traffic was that "You have to buy two drinks for yourself" rule, if you wanted to avoid the $10 fee to go to the VIP. Bogart's doesn't have a two drink minimum, North doesn't have a two drink minimum, so why did South? Obviously, it was an individual choice by the manager.

The point of my rant is this: If they got a good manager in there, it could be very successful again.
