Now cruising in your low rider out on highway 100 is something different but both can be illegal to some LE officers.
It's just this way, I don't see many hobbyists cruising in there muscle or classic cars through stroll areas.

You guys are missing the point I'm trying to make just because you stoped and talk with the decoy. You didn't pick her up. You still can get a ticket for stopping now that ticket would get throwed out in court if you fight it. L/E can stop you for what ever. Even b/s. I miss spelled loitering the first time.

I always cruise the strolls in my vintage Model T, chicks seem to dig it.

Well you may get the ticket for stopping to talk with the decoy thrown out but you would probably also get some fines for illegal modifications to your vehicle. If you cut the springs too much the car is not street legal, plus they will really hit you hard with fines if you have the nitrous tank in open view.

Wrong! Decoys are not statues!
They have been known to walk within a 1/2 block to 1 block "zone" in full sight of other LE, usually they're on a Nextel walkie talkie or cell phone when they do this so they can remain in constant contact and have something to record your conversation with while having the other LE guys run tags for the drive bye's & slow downs. Many decoys will meet you around a specific corner or at an alley intersection, other times, they will signal you towards the bust/ambush site, in all cases they WILL NOT get in the car and will always try to talk $$$ for sex from the safety of being outside the vehicle, rather than jumping in the car like a normal SW would. If this happens, drive away immediately and hope they don't pull you over down the block for pandering.
As to sitting and loitering and watching an SW or decoy..
I've been on the same block parked in my car watching a SW turned into a decoy in a sting before, and the cops springing out of the cars next to me didn't do anything to me. Now that doesn't mean a cop can't or wont fuck with you for whatever reason they deem appropriate or quota worthy.

When I posted last week, this was the 3rd of the 4 reasons that I knew I found LE and not a SW. She stood in one place, maybe moved about 20 feet, and didn't make a direct move for my car.
