You can't eliminate risk, but there are a few things you can do to reduce it. It's the same as wearing a seat belt, it doesn't stop everything but mitigates risk. I'll list out some info on 001 and 003 condoms plus free std testing and treatment. Maybe it helps someone or gives them peace of mind. Just ignore if you're not interested.
