Went to the new location for this group of ladies who were previously at the Thompson Lane office. More convenient for those coming from the eastern suburbs, but there's nothing to block the view of the parking lot. There are a few spots on the side of the building in plain view of the street. If you search the forum, you'll likely find a lot of discussion around how everyone has a different opinion on this. Email is probably going to be tough in the long run because it's slower to get replies, especially in the moments between confirming an appointment and arriving at that appointment. Best bet is a burner phone, or at minimum a burner app on your phone that allows you to text or call providers without using your real number. Those can be tricky too because the texts can be slow to go through, but better than just using your real number.
