I stopped by Moon and met the "new girl," Elise. She's 23 yo and has an attractive face and slender body. The massage was pretty minimal and the rest of the session was OK but it was interrupted several times by requests for more money, even after we had agreed on a very reasonable price. If the upselling was eliminated, Elise would be a very good option at Moon.
Looks like there's an AMP in my area of Otsego / Plainwell. Idk if any of you guys have been there yet. But I'm willing to check it out. Please message me on what to do in an AMP, especially if they have a full menu option. Like how do I ask if there's a full menu and such.

Saw A Young Girl (as described here by EMan), but she said "Lisa".
No Ability to Comm w / o her Korean (I Believe) Phone App.
So Difficult & Was Great as Described- Except for the Upsell.
I Went In w / only max Amt for Tip + Hse 60.
Was Thinking HJ / HE only- for $. 4 All In.
But in Trying to Upsell Me, she actually Upgraded her Service.
She said (thru app) "This Time, but Next Time Bring More"- LOL.
Anyway Left drained & Satisfied, w / More Svc for Less Money, than my Orig visit w / Alison.
This Situation was a "1 off", so Not Likely to Happen again.
May Repeat- Dunno, But she Was Hot for sure.

There is a brand new AMP, In the middle of the Shopping Center, located on Columbia & Helmer.
Some reviews starting to come in.
Reported Very Much Same in all ways, to Both Happy & Spring Spas.
& Yes (LOL), actually right next door but opposite facing, to Spring spa.
Reaction of the AMP Mgrs, to further B. C. AMP Mkt "fragmenting" TBD.

The AMP in the cross oaks mall between Plainwell and Otsego appears to be open. Went through the parking lot last night but didn't have time to indulge. Looking forward to checking it out soon and reporting back.

I decided to check out Lisa, I've heard a lot about her.
She is absolutely gorgeous. There is no doubt here.
That's all the good stuff in my opinion. The back room is so close to the sidewalk I'm sure you could hear "things' if you were walking by. Had to remind her to put on music. She quoted 200/300/500 using a phone translator app. I didn't even ask what all of that was for. Just got the standard ending and walked away.
They are leaving the front door open and locking the second door. She didn't answer the bell or texts for about 5 minutes so I had to stand inside behind the door to stay out of sight. There was no one else there or in the parking lot, so I'm not sure what is going on.
I also saw the neighbor on the other side of the fence milling around. I think they are on to what is happening.
I won't go back. Something bad is going to happen here. Too much attention, too close to a school, etc. Too expensive.
TOFTT today and visited the new Otsego location. 50 hhr 70 hr basic rub and tug. Provider was old but she got the job done. Good massage but not the best. Would repeat in a pinch or if they bring in younger talent. Tipped 60.

This massage store is not a massage store. If you pay for an hour, you'll be lucky to get 10 minutes of massage. All other places in town give you what you pay for. The upselling is ridiculous, the prices are outrageous. 200/300/500 was quoted to me as well (whatever that is), and I got lackluster service because I didn't want to pay $100 for a standard finish.
The neighbor is nosey, and school kids walking by on the sidewalk.
I'm surprised it's still open.
I'll continue to frequent my other favorite places in town.
I visited Moon about a week ago, knowing that they had a turnover in talent. The girl that I met introduced herself as "Coco," but it took her a few minutes to come up with that name. I'm not sure if the delay was a result of the language barrier (she speak Mandarin and uses a translation app) of if she was so new to the massage business that she was making up the name on the spot. She was probably in her early 30's and had a decent body and face but not as attractive as earlier workers at Moon (e. G. , Allison and Lisa).
She did use her phone to offer services and rates. The rates were well above the market so I declined and made a counter offer which she accepted. The session was uninspiring so I would not recommend a visit to Moon until there is a change in talent. Also, as others have noted, the location is not ideal, being close to a school / neighborhood and sharing a building with an insurance agency that is open during regular business hours.

Kalamazoo friends, some may have heard the sad, but JJ unexpectedly passed away in late September. His knowledge and sharing of the hobby will certainly be missed. May he rest in peace.
I gave up on Sunshine about 6 months ago after a few disappointing visits where the only talent was a large, overweight woman. I'm not sure why, but I stopped by recently on a whim. I was quite surprised to meet Mia, a slender and attractive Asian woman with pretty good English skills. Her massage skills were quite good. As usual, YMMV but I would visit her again.
I am sorry to hear about JJ's passing. I always read his intel and often it helped me. I don't post much these days but in honor of JJ, I will provide my experiences to help fellow hobbiest out. Kalamazoo has historically been bad for hobby and we always had to go to Grand Rapids. But currently we are in golden age. There are so many good options that I don't have enough time or money to keep going back to these ladies. Following are the women who have good heart, and I have connected with them and have repeated with them. I am sure they will make you happy as well. List is not in any specific order as they are all good in their own ways. You won't be disappointed seeing any of them.
1. Lisa at moon spa.
2. Mimi at Lotus.
3. Annie at Asian massage on sage at.
4. Sunny at sunshine.
5. Nana at newest place on helmer in Battle Creek.
All of these women are beautiful in my eyes, YMMV as always.
