I'm just there to get off real quick and then back to my money mission so I always went with the 60/ qv. It seems the standard has moved a bit and it's hard to get a house with hot options at that price. Anyways, I'm staying as firm as I can on trying to not go over 60/70, the house I frequent most didn't raise the price on me eventhough they raised their prices for everyone else so proof that they'll still do it at that price. If we generally stop paying 100 plus for Lat houses, the prices could take longer to climb on us. I remember when 100/120 was a 3 some.

I personally have not minded because I know houses are about volume. And they usually deliver on quality. I'll have to try asking if QVs are an option and see if the quoted rate is lower.
