From what I recall when I used to work out at Kapiolani 24-Hour fitness, you need to have your finger print scanned, and then the front desk employees will validate your parking ticket for the $1. 00 parking.

This is why I solely find street parking if it's weekend, or park at DQ, or if I feel really energetic, I park at Walmart and walk over (yes it's a long journey, but I like the walk!
