With how sensitive you are towards anonymity and keeping your special fun from prying eyes that don't need to know about what you enjoy behind closed doors, the fiscal nature that you're undertaking adds the threat of LE being one of those parties at your door, with an arrest warrant. The other part is that she has a regular 9-6 job and family obligations as well. Weekends are the best time.
