It is not always a matter of being a cheap bastard. It's good business. Why pay top dollar if you can get a better price for the same goods. Still, you've got to examine the options. The cheaper product is not always the way to go. Remember, "You get what you pay for."

Consider the following: I did not pay Nicole a $100 buck, but all in all her participation was well worth a $100. I came very close to the $100 buck level. Most girls who work the main track in dc also have ads on craigslist. Some of them also have ads on escort sites like eros. Girls that you find on the track as well as online are most likely in the hands of a pimp, which my guess your girl Andrea is. I must say, I do agree with much of what you say. I had assumed that the safer locations would be the ones in ads that refer to Hotels in the Airport area of Philadelphia. I would think that Hotels in the Down Town areas would be pretty safe. (I recently stayed two nights in a nice Hotel in Cheery Hill NJ. I was attending a Chess tournament and I like being able to rest between matches. If Andrea had been available I would have invited her to stay at least one night. Risk of arrest. You never know who's going to show up in room, or who will be waiting for you during a CL-arranged meeting. No method of mongering is arrest-proof, but I believe SW pickups have a slightly lower risk (at least during initial interaction).

Now that's a very good point. If you are stopped on the streets picking up a girl (and nothing sexual is happening), you can often get off by just keeping your mouth shut. They will probably take the girl, for solicitation. As long as you don’t admit/confess to a crime you are pretty safe. Do the same rules apply to a hotel bust/raid.

They know, based on what you paid, what you want. Of course, that requires that you know the going rate. For American MP or CL incall, this may be a little less standard.

Just as it is not wise to discuss money through a car window with a SW, it's not good practice to discuss money with an incall provider.
