Long time lurker, first time poster. I RTFF for a while and put all your advice to the test last week. I was staying at the Orleans Monday-Wednesday nights and I saw at least one CG each night at the Alligator or Mardi Gras bars. It was easy to tell who they were as they were sitting by themselves and looking around. I sat beside one and we struck up a normal conversation. It eventually got around to if I was looking for some fun. She said she wasn't a clock watcher and as long as I took care of her she would take care of me. We negotiated $$$ and up we went.

I was in town for just a couple of days this time and stayed on the south strip as usual, but this time at the Hooters rather than Luxor, etc.

24th. Went out looking for CG's at about midnight. There were none to be found at the Hooters. I was pretty tired that night so didn't do the whole "track" of the casinos on the corner (MGM, NYNY, Excal, Trop) but instead just went into the MGM. There were CG's galore all over the place. It seemed like they all wanted 300 though this time. None would come down even though I usually end up paying 150-250 at absolute most. I sat down to play some VP at the bar, and one of them came up to me and asked if I was still interested but for 250. She ddin't appear to be too enthused, nor have the look I would spend 250 on so I politely declined. I ended up going back to the room and went to sleep. No CG's tonight.

25th. I've stayed on the south strip so much, I was interested in seeing the action more mid-strip. Around 11:00 or so I wandered up to Ballys\Harrahs area and walked around for a bit. I didn't see too much going on so headed back to the south strip which is my normal stomping ground. This time I had more energy, so walked around quite a bit more than the previous night. I went down to the Luxor and didn't see much there (it seems like ever since they took out the "old" lounge, and then shutdown the bar by where the RA used to be, there is a minimal amout of CG's. Walked back to the 4 casinos on the corner and didn't have too much luck. Did one more lap and sat down by the bridge at the NYNY for a minute. Had one approach me but wanted $$$$$. No way! Walked out then ended up at the trop since it was on the way back to my room. Playing slots over by the lounge I saw a couple I would rate about a 6. 7. Talked to one who was a pretty cute blonde about 5'. We went over to the bar, and played VP together for about 25 minutes. Then came the standard questions, where are you from, where are you staying, who are you with, etc. I asked her how much and she said that it would be 150 for all. Agreed and went back to Hooters. Had a good time and many positions were attempted. She ended up staying for about 90 minutes. Not bad for 150. Unfortunately I lost her name\number so I hope I run into her again when I go back in a couple of weeks. But then again I have a bad habit of planning on calling a couple great CG's I have seen and have numbers for, but always end up looking for new ones instead.

Couple questions for the group:

Has anyone had much luck finding CG's at the Luxor since the remodel? If so where do they hang out? I tried the new lounge and the bar by the sports book, but came up empty.

Mid-strip I have never seen much activity on the Ballys side of the strip. I want to stay at one of these hotels for a change sometime, but would be pissed if I was there all weekend and couldn't find a CG to bring back to the room. Do they hang out at Ballys\Harrahs as much as the others?

I've met a couple of great girls there, but also have had nights where it has been empty of CGs. The best places to look in there are the lounge (at the bar playing VP, and not in the floor seats) and the other bar along the wall next to the poker room and the slot machines right around both of those areas.

For the Trop expect to pay around 200. I've had the best luck there around 10:00PM, and then later at about 2:00AM

Hooters. From what I have seen while staying there, and what a couple of my other friends have said is usually empty of CGs. Stick at the Tropicana\Luxor, etc. A couple of weeks ago MGM was full of CGs but they all wanted 300 all of a sudden.

Please help.[/QUOTE]I prefer the MGM. Please refer to post no. 335. CG talent is usually pretty good at the MGM. Plus, NY-NY, Luxor and Mandalay Bay are all within walking distance with Mandalay also being a well stocked CG haven.

I't might be good to try the TI area. It's within a reasonable walking distance of some other good casinos, such as Flamingo, Venetian, Ceasars Palace and Bellagio. I used to stay at the Stardust before it was imploded. Never had much luck there, but was easy walk to many other casinos. Many times if it was a slow night for the girls, we would walk back to the Stardust and use my room.

I don't know what your obsession is with Hooters. I stayed there weekend before last and didn't see any cg's. It's a small place so I doubt I would have missed anything. I'm not saying there is NEVER action there, just that it's so rare, why would you bother? If anyone says they saw a really hot brunette cg there that weekend, that girl was with me and couldn't sleep. She's talkative, but nothing more and definitely not a cg.

As to MGM and TI......I dunno. Personally I prefer TI for the quality of the rooms and the quality/quietness of the casino. Also poker plays a huge part as the only mid limit holdem games in Vegas($10-20 up to $30-60) are at Mirage, Wynn, and Bellagio. The walk from TI is easy. The walk from MGM is prohibitavely difficult. The problem is, cg's at Venetian and Wynn want a TON. At TI, there are cg's but they are discreet and few in number. You need to hang out in one of the bars at night, particularly the one in the center of the casino. Some nights there will be no cg's, especially weeknights.

Let me re-iterate again....and I know some of you disagree...but you're wrong.....that picking up cg's on weekdays is much more difficult than on weekends. This is because there are far fewer out, and because Metro actually patrols the area between Bills and Harrahs on weekdays(which is so retarded for reasons that ought to be obvious).

So that's another problem. One of the very best spots to find $$ girls is on the strip between Bills and Harrahs, particularly near Flamingo. During the week, the action there is greatly diminished and strolling at 4am doesn't always work. Also, I do not know how action is in the aftermath of the recent shootings. In the past these girls have always been willing to go back to my room, regardless of where I'm staying. Even to the Orleans.

So I really don't know where you should stay.

Got approached several times, even when I wasn't actively mongering. Saw another CG in the Trop. Didn't see any CG's on the walkways this trip, but I have in the past.

I've never failed to find something at or near the MGM. (The other thing I love about the MGM is that you can check in at the airport.) And if you bomb out there, you are just a block down the road from the Flamingo and Ceaser's.

I stayed at the Excalibur a couple of times and it is an OK place. There always seemed to be sufficient CG action late in the evenings. I would not say that they were of the best quality or best looking, but they were there.

Do any of the CG's have hotel rooms or do you need your own? I'll be out there soon but not staying in a hotel.

Once in a while they have their own rooms but don't count on it. If they are visiting from out of town they will.

It is VERY rare that you will find a cg at any of those hotels unless it's the weekend. Most of the business in those places is local and men are usually there with their wives and families. On the weekends you will find tourists, but they usually pick those places since they have family or friends who live here. For the average cg it is a wasted night. There is no problem having indies come there since they are upscale places. You could get lucky with an indie who just finished an appointment and might be trying her luck, but it is seriously hit or miss.

I just got back from my annual visit to vegas and stayed at the golden nugget. It is still undergoing construction which p***ed me off to no end. Grr.

Checked in on Tuesday and left on Sat. And found zero cg working at the nugget. It unfortunately is not a favorite stop of any cg these days. The Nugget also had a security guard checking for room keys at the elevators (at least in the south tower) starting at 4pm on Thursday and Friday. No guards during the day. Oh well. I guess it's back to the MGM on my next visit.
