The way I see it is this. It's not very difficult to go to the HCSO site and find the name of anyone who's been arrested in the last five years for [i]anything[/i]. Hell, I'm on there, although I'm certainly not going to say who I am or for what I was arrested.

If someone took my name and posted it on a public forum with a link to my arrest record, I wouldn't be very happy about it, but as they say, [i]them's the breaks[/i]. That's the risk you take.

Now, I'd never post the name of a provider who hadn't been arrested, but once they're arrested, I see it as fair game, because it's [i]already a matter of public record[/i].

Undoubtedly many won't agree with me. It's irrelevant. We can agree to disagree, and in any case I'm no longer going to post names, so the point is moot.

True. However, the HCSO website just has mugshots, while this website has pictures of providers in "poses" that can be very compromising if family members of providers and ex-providers chance upon it. That's a big difference. This is not a problem as long as only first names are associated with the pictures, but with both first name and last name, the chances of family members finding this site when looking for their mother/daughter/sister increases dramatically.

Any chance at any action or more info at this emperors place on adamo. I live not far from there. I went there once when it was diamonds a few years ago. Fyi. I just heard on Bay News 9 that the Tampa PD are doing summer crime prevention sweeps to help continue to keep numbers down. Crime stats are on the decline and to help keep that trend up they are doing sweeps for known criminals. This includes a focus on drug deals and prostitution. That fact (drugs and prostitution) they mentioned a few times. So everyone, just keep your guard up over the next few days and especially today. Be careful out there.

Cruised Nebraska last night and again tonight around 10: 45pm-11:30pm. Sorry to say nothing to report. Not even the usual suspects (which I have yet to see) that are reported on here. Guess that just isn't a good time to go.

By the way, rolled up on a guy doing about 20 mph. Hope that wasn't one of us in the group. I know we sometimes call it a crawl to cruise Nebraska but at that speed you are only drawing attention to yourself. The wrong kind of attention. Best of luck to all those who cruise. Have a great weekend!

Been crusin the strip havent seen too much activity lately. Did see Gayle tonight on her usual spot by Nebraska but I didn't stop. The guys she gets her drugs from were standing on the next corner. Just up the road a marked car was sitting and watching. She looked good. Nice sexy top on and mini skirt with thigh high boots. I'm sure with LE taking notice she won't last long. I'm sure SW's are relocating somewhere. Hard to find unless its 3 or 4 am. St Pete does have a lot more on 34 st but I think its also easier to get busted there. Happy Hunting and be safe.

Sw's are not worth the hassle right now and probably for a while on Nebraska. I gave up the game a long time ago. LEO is in force to clean up this area like they are doing and/or have done to Kennedy.

Was cruising north on Nebraska this morning around 8am and saw a WSW on the east side of the street just past Fowler. Did the turn around and then saw her on the west side of the street near the empty lot just past a small strip mall. This is across the street from the no-tell motel. Did a closer drive-by on that street and saw her talking with a black male and another woman. I have seen WSW working this corner before and a black male is normally close by, sitting by the tree on the sidewalk near this lot.

She was wearing a one piece dress, somewhat low-cut to about her knees and platform sandals. I would say her body was about a 7 but her face was a little rough say about a 4. I'm sure some of the more season guys on here know who she is but I don't know the names of them all.

Just thought I would share the info since Nebraska has been slow lately.

between fowler and fletcher, around 815pm. At least 3 sets of red and blue lites flashing, different spots, couple more in that area not flashing. The usual relatively target rich environment was barren.

Saw the lights as well, but they were parked in front of a flattened bicycle in the middle of Neb and bound. I wasn't shopping, just in the area. Last few times I've been in the neighborhood, its been empty. I suppose they're on summer vacation.

Yeah, it definitely seems to be a lot going on...unfortunately not in the good way. Seems to be quite a bit of red and blue light action happening as of late. Thus making it less and less chances of seeing anything worthy to note. Unless it's something like Gail **(Thanks Rickdg for the heads-up and others who have brought her to our attention)** that may be working with the r/b light squad.

On another note...I haven't seen too much red and blue action during the morning, late morning or early afternoon.

Spotted a slim wsw on Nebraska just south of Fowler around 4:30pm. Face looked like all that was on the menu was a gummy. At first I thought it was Gail, but I've been with Gail(a few months ago) and this one was just ugly.

2 wsw early 30's between 1-2pm today SAT on Nebraska between Hanna and Hillsborough west side close to post office. The one said she just gave birth about 3 weeks ago and gave the baby up.

I wish I knew her a month ago - Something about a pregnant SW that drives me crazy.

Her old man is in the slammer - drugs in school zone.

Told me her friend is prettier so she yelled over to her. ( I usually try not to bring attention to myself but she was right her friend was very nice

Gave her a few Washingtons for the chat & opted for the friend.

It's a damn shame but there was nothing out there tonight but trouble. Lots of red and blue lights. 2 WSW with beat up faces on lower Nebraska. I saw Gail dancing in the streets on upper Nebraska with a large black woman standing 2 streets up (think she is part of neighborhood watch group). Gail put on a little weight and looked good. Two other men were standing near her, I suspect they are the dealers she runs with. Nothing but no luck lately, it's beginning to feel like work.

Every morning, between 6 & 8, between Busch and Fletcher, you can see Dawn. Dawn doesn't look like a SW until you notice she's just walking with the purpose of going uptown to find a ride back downtown. Prettyman has a short rap sheet. She sometimes parks her bike at the hotel on Busch and Nebraska. Decent body, CBJ, FS available. Not cracked out, has her teeth and showers. Donations are negotiable. Some days she'll take whatever she can get to help pay the rent.

In a dream I was crusin in a little neighborhood between Nebraska and 15th St. I picked up this young pretty 20 yr old LSW who goes by KiKi, later telling me her real name is Christine but thought her real name sounded "too white." She was adamant about CBJ for .30 and wouldnt go BBBJ. Watchin that lil ass movin while she was goin at it increased it to FS for .30 more. She was pretty cool though immature like any 20 yr old. They are mixed in with the general population, but they are out there if you look.

8/4 I did notice a ton of LE.

Tee-Tee (Tiara) Traver is out of county lock up. Can be found strolling Nebraska between Fowler and 142nd. Came out and got right back on the Jenny Crack Diet plan. Not sure what her schedule is yet.

a bit dumb or undercautions. Met a reasonably cute lady, 5-5; 120, shoulder length light brown/blonde, Neb and Bird tonite, around 915, white short shorts, crop top tshirt and shoes. Picked her up, appropriate checking (side note, she toasty on vodka) negotiated, she asked for mr ham to visit, put off till 'we ready". Went to her incall, near 3coins, entered room, paid, she asked for gasket, I had none, she slipped out and entered front side of house and I realized . . .. Left area.

Yesterday afternoon, rolled by a skinny white girl standing outside a no tell motel at Flora and Nebraska, she wasn't walking (first warning sign) and she looked cleaner than most of the SW's who frequent the area. I passed. Checked HCSo this morning and discovered TPD had a sting set up. Can't guarantee it was her - skinny, white t-shirt, late 20's, dark hair, but I didn't see anyone else around.

Sat night between 9PM-10:30PM saw Tracy Traver (I think) on Nebraska and 139th. 3/4 length white pants and a red tank top, short dark hair. She just stood on the corner the whole time talking on a cell phone. She didn't seem to be trying to hard to pick up anybody or hide and be discrete. There was a shady looking guy maybe the fuzz or boyfriend keeping an eye on her. When she was on 140th he was on 139th. When she was on 139th he was on 140th. Then he was across the street from her keeping an eye on her. The fuzz was all over the place so I couldn't tell what was going on but it didn't look or feel right.

How do they know a streetwalker is HIV positive? Do they test them all when they are arrested? If so, by my calculations the prevalence is about 1.7%.

I scraped the HCSO website and have 1089 arrests of women for prostitution in the last five years. Seems low, doesn't it? That's 217.8 arrests per year, slightly more than one arrest every other day.

I arrived at 1.7% by taking the 19 arrests above and dividing by 1089. Unfortunately this doesn't take into account that some women are arrested multiple times for prostitution, but I think it's still roughly accurate.

Again, the real question is whether HIV testing of prostitution arrestees is mandatory. If so, that's actually a pretty low rate of infection, and it jibes with recent epidemiological data that shows that heterosexual transmission of HIV is quite rare. My guess is that the 1.7% engage in unprotected anal sex or use injectable drugs.

Of course, if testing isn't mandatory, my calculations are meaningless.

Testing for HIV is not mandatory.

To get a "criminal transmission of HIV" charge the person has to know they are infected, and LE would have to know. Most common is prior state prison time, or not knowing to shut up when questioned (admitting to being HIV pos to the arresting officer).

Did anyone else see the tall, stacked blonde that was popping around Nebraska just north of Fowler on Friday afternoon? She was wearing a short blue dress and stripper heels. I couldn't get a close look at her to see if the face was good, but the body looked like it was slammin...

While your stats may not be exact, it is reasonable that it is close enough for government work... What is significant is that I think you have stumbled upon a medical breakthrough... rather than HIV being transmitted by body fluids, it is obvious from your post that HIV is instead transmitted by UGLY!!! We need to get this info to the CDC!
