It is not rocket science. You just need to tell mamasan that you want TWO girls and pay her double house fee. There should be no real objection to accommodating the request. However, do not expect any girl-on-girl activity and if you take both back to the massage room be prepared to tip each separately at the standard rate.

I haven't been able to verify this but I did hear it from a K girl that Gold Spa was busted at 11:30 PM Thursday night. Apparently, according to my source, there were violations that ranged from practicing a medical profession without a license, prosititution, immigration and maybe a few others. If anyone learns whether this is true it would be appreciated if an update, confirmation, or a correction would be made. Yes, your calculations are spot on. The only advantages are (1) You don't need to get a hotel, (2) You don't need an appointment, and (3) You're not reliant on incall girls in various and sometimes seedy parts of town. But as others here can attest the service at these shops can be uneven
