The flow of information has dried up. There are still a few fellow mongers who will share information in the public sector, but most exchanges at this point seem to take place privately. The talent pool has dried up a lot as well. Uncle LEO has infiltrated the boards and caused a lull in the communication. From my experiences over the last 24 months, it might be worth finding one or two providers you know are safe, and become a regular. It has kept me from running into my uncle and paying for his time.

Gentlemen (and hopefully any providers who look in on this board), the time has come to make a stand. I for one would like to get the local talent to use decent incall locations.
No more South Side Michigan Street Motels, or Motels with colors or numbers in their names. For the love of game, they need to upgrade their locations. Uncle LEO knows that these locations are used for all sorts of illegal activities, not just our hobby. Being seen entering these locations can put us all at risk, especially if the provider is the high volume type.
As of today, I am refusing to see a provider who uses these low end locations. I reached out to one such provider today trying to setup an appointment. Every thing was going well until she sent me the location (# in the name. I called her and said that I was not comfortable with that location and if she were to relocate, I would see her. She told me that would be impossible, and that several other visitors were fine with her location. I told her good luck, but I'm not coming over.
We must force these providers to upgrade their incall locations and respect our safety as well as theirs. Who is with me?

I think you are on to something. I used to only the avoid the south side Michigan Street location. From now on I will be avoiding other budget locations.

I get one game per two months on average so I suppose I have a lot of time to write about it between games. I will give a tentative yes to writing reports.
Over the 4-5 years that I have been in this hobby I have made the acquaintance of a few fellow mongers outside of this forum. One of them I became good friends with (a monger based out of Fort Wayne). We have exchanged information about providers, poor providers, and great providers alike.
Late last week he tells me that he has fallen in love with a provider he has been seeing on a consistent basis for the last year. I have never seen her so I have no experince with her, but I am convinced he has lost his mind and that she is simply "sucking him dry" in more ways than one. I want to talk some sense into him.
Here is my question. Can a true relationship develope between a monger and a provider? Would any of you dare / get married to a provider that you met through our hobby?
This gets debated & discussed a lot. The consensus seems to be that it can & does happen, but it is rare & often ends badly. I doubt you will be able to 'talk some sense into him', but that doesn't mean you shouldn't try. IMO, a clear fence must be kept between the hobby & real life. Never should they merge. I would not get into an actual relationship with a provider. Good luck - let us know what happens.

Z.[/QUOTE]Life is full of choices and unfortunately most of the ladies that we meet here have succumbed to demons that you don't even want to think about. To willingly give her body to basically anyone that has the money is not a recipe to maintain a positive image and attitude. There are exceptions, but in reality these girls made the choice to forgo friends and family long before we've met them and your friend will get sucked into a questionable lifestyle even if she consents to stay with him.

In his defense, she is hot, does not appear to be too strung out from this hobby (from her photos, but we know how reliable those are), and according to him they have been seeing each other exclusively for the last 3 months (I searched the boards and did not find advertising for her services in any of the Indiana areas). I just think something is off here.
I will take your advice under council and see if I can get him to wake the hell up.

Turns out that his "true soul mate, pretty woman, hooker with a heart of gold" was picked up last night in Fort Wayne. Not on our type of activity charges, but for driving on a suspended license, while intoxicated. Ok, it happens, but her passenger was one of her former regulars and was holding medication without an Rx.
Love it when things work out. She actually had the onions to ask him to bail not only her out, but the dude too. God I love this hobby.
Wow. I hope this will jolt him back to his senses. I really hope the best for your friend. We have all been there before but this may be a blessing for him.

I have it on very good authority that Uncle LEO will be setting up shop in South Bend this weekend due to the "big game" and the holiday weekend. Will have heavy focus on local hotel activities. Trying to make an impact on a large scale. Might be a good idea to only use the services that you are familiar with. Or, simply let the little head rest for a few days. My source is highly credible.

There is a nice little sports bar SW of Columbus, Oh that is right in the middle of about a dozen hotels that is like a Mongers Buffet. It reminds me of Between the Buns in OC without the food. VERY Clean and fun. For some reason, Thursday nights are like a Providers Convention! LOL.
