I've been trying to stick to the 300 to 500 range on initial meets and it seems to be working so far. Once I find one or two that are keepers will probably see if I can negotiate it down to 200 to 300 per meet. I don't know if it's because I look relatively young for my age but there's been so many coming through I haven't been able to keep up. Generally speaking a serious SB will never ask for pay for a meet and greet, only girls who never plan on taking things further do that.
