Decriminalizing is the way to go, makes it "legal" at a cost, and only results in a fine as opposed to an arrestable offense and wouldn't go on your record. That way nobody can be forced into it and cops can rescue victims without ruining their lives with soliciting charges, it won't be out in the open on the streets, it can remain behind closed doors where its not hurting or bothering anyone, and courts still get their money, its a win win situation for everyone.

Would like to see both parties be able to exchange test results anonymously to help ensure the safety of both parties.
If taxed, would like to see that money used to subsidize testing, and help those who want out, or really are being trafficked get the help they need.
I know it sounds simple, its not, once politicians get involved, it all goes to hell, and they get a majority of the money.

HB 81 to change definition of massage therapy to include all massage already passed unanimously last year and wears referred to the Senate in SB 55 which is currently in committee.

Good thing you can block them with Google Voice and move on. So usually when I log on, there are anywhere from 4000-5000 users on line.
The most ever was recorded on Jan 19 of this year, with almost 22,000 users: a Thursday afternoon.
At first I assumed it was MLK day and every was busy reporting their great weekend activity.
