The reason the aparment/house situation here in Vegas is shitty is becuase of Operation Dollhouse. Prior to that, it was good (not as good as L.A.) with a good amount of providers. Traffic at these houses were like a drive thru at an In-n-Out Burger... caught the attention of neighbors and LE.
If a house were to operate on a stict membership basis as in, the clients have to be on an "approved" list and the number of members were limited, then the risk of being shut down is very low.
So what if there is a house, that limits itself to only 35 mongers... and you can visit once per week (more if you buy another 'slot')....
Would this be something you guys would go for?

Plenty of new incalls opening in Vegas due to slow traffic and an abundance of Asian girls in Los Angeles. Checked out an AAMP thats been advertising on some of the sites.
