I don't know how true this is but last I heard of this, you don't actually have to commit to sex to be charged for the crime. As long as you have an intent and have expressed it clearly, it is sufficient. So, simply paying the provider is enough to get you arrested. I've also heard just being at the place is enough if you went there with the intent to receive the services, though I don't know how accurate this latter part is.

There are reports on one of Dunwoody agency where the LE were literally video taping clients and arrested all of them, over fifty clients I believe. That is the sole reason why I don't visit these Hispanic apartments. Way too much traffic. You never know if you are being recorded. The girls there are so hot though. If LE wants to bust a Hispanic apartment set up, they will just do it as a sting, no cameras.
If I'm not mistaken, the video evidence in the agency case is not admissible, although it hasn't gone to trial yet.

According to them, they need something viable to stand in court.
1. Never verbally agree (in text or in person) to any exchange or acts.
2. Never place the $$ in their hand.
I'm sure there's more to it and others could add to that but those are the main two that come to mind. Always safer to either do your homework before seeing someone so you know what to expect going in or wait for after the first visit to discuss further services when you know for sure that it's safe.

A sting is for the smaller local PD who have no life besides catching johns or getting a escort soliciting services.
