That's my impression too, is that as much as guys get paranoid about LEO and the hobby, on the priority list snagging any individual john is real, real low on the totem pole. Not saying that anyone should go and sign a personal statement or something, but get these fuckers on the cop's radar anonymously. Get them kicked out of their hotel. They're counting on people being too worried about their own ass to report them, and that's only going to make them bolder the longer they get away with it. Even if it doesn't result in jackshit (very likely) very little downside risk to an anonymous report. Just my two cents.
