The war on "Cannabis" is lost. As was "Prohibition of Alcohol". If they cannot control it lets legalize it.
If we all loved one another more it would be a better place here on earth. If we respect each other's indifference's and just move on.

No you can't. Once she is [b]convicted[/b] of that charge you can. There have been lots of DA's that are filing that charge without the person first being tested, then later they reduce the charge.
If they are convicted of working after being tested then that means that the process was followed. Charged isn't enough.

I observed 2 Sheriff vehicles parked facing one another in the parking lot during the middle of the day today at the Hotel Baymont Inn in Maumee off Briarfield Road and the expressway right behind the Bob Evans.

Thankfully I was just running a few work errands and not in hobby mode. Naturally the cars facing each other caught my eye immediately at second glance as I zipped onto the expressway.

I would still be cautious based on what you saw though.
