Most appeared in front of Judge Tyack this morning and were offered Catch Court and STD testing and most of them were to be released tonight. I think it's a good thing. Certainly, it would be great to eliminate some of the misery out there. I get tired of watching beautiful women trappped in a system of drug, prostitution and debt.

House Bill 283 will require handing over a DNA sample for convictions of the following misdemeanors convictions: voyeurism, public indecency, soliciting a prostitute and prostitution.

Currently only felony sex crimes require it.

Slowly but surely being an horny dude looking for action is being lumped in with human trafficking. The two are completely unrelated but its easier to get attention when you merge the two. Immigrant workers being housed in a massage parlor versus 28 year old Cinammon giving up ass in her apartment is night and day. The only one that opened back up is the Super 8 and they have security guards now. I work in the area and have seen it slow way down in regards to walkers.

They passed an ordinance that requires all hotels / motels to get a license and one of the requirements is they all require I'd. After so many police runs in a year to a property (which can be for anything) they are considered a nuisance property and can lose their license. The number of allowed police calls a year depends on the number of rooms. They were talking about this at the office the other day during our monthly updates. And to be clear for those that do not know me, I am not involved with LEO, but work for a law office.

Was shocked to see this on the news last night - 4 dead, young girl injured after shooting & officer-involved shooting.

Shootings occurred on South Terrace. According to the report, on the first block south of Broad Street - "The call came from the 90 block of S. Terrace Avenue, south of W. Broad Street and north of Olive Street. ".

This occurred in the Hilltop area where mongers often cruise. Was anyone in the area when this all went down?

Condolences to the family and friends of those killed. Tragic.
