So I was driving along Lake, and notice this nice looking, young blonde walking. Yes, she was definitely a SW. So I turn around to see if I can get a nod from her.

To answer your question make eye contact, loop around or pull onto a side street ahead of her (drive like a nun while mongering and make sure everything on the car is working. Decided to make some stops around the area today and saw a lot of the "manshe" below in #135, wish all other women were out as much. You should wait for the girl to speak to you after catching her eye. Make sure your window is down. Take your sunglasses off so she can see your eyes. Don't pick up girls with big purses. Please take the time to find a descrete plaace to handle business. Do NOT do it in a public place. Use your brain and common sense, and please obey the traffic laws.
