Haven't been in the club since February or March, but hear some things through network or see social media posts.
Not only have extras stopped, but even "high mileage" dances seem to be significantly reduced. I wouldn't trust getting good dances from anyone there nowadays.
Further, a "dance commitment" is basically at a minimum $100 (3 for $93) since many don't want to do a single song dance. Whereas some other clubs could only be $40 (2 songs at $20 each).
The clubs seem to be doing the best most recently seem to be the ones offering value. Not sure if many OTB dances would want to go to these clubs.

Not saying show palace is a dirty club. Just saying there's other places to go since otb dried up and it's in trouble. Furthermore I know for a fact those cameras in otb are black and white and have IR light so you can see in the dark. So I think it's funny hopkins said they turned off the lights so cameras can't see. There's pictures of that 'night vision' working from facebook. They had pics of the manager's office with the camera screens.

Girls were increasingly not interested in giving conversation, and sticking to a couple regulars. They didn't fail hit you for their tip walk though. Door staff was off putting. Mike though would remember you. If anyone hears where he lands PM me. Not a big drinker but was nice to have a decent bartender.

Thanks.The only one around here with daytime hours is the Encore, and that's only on Friday and Saturday. Otherwise, you'd have to go to Club Bristol in Madison or the Show Palace in Darien.
As for Mike, I doubt he goes anywhere in Milwaukee. If OTB loses their appeal or doesn't get a new owner my guess is that he finally goes out to Vegas, which he's been talking about doing for years.

Last night, roughly 11:30, the sign was off and lot was empty but the wall lights were on changing colors. Appears it may be done already.

If OTB loses their appeal or doesn't get a new owner my guess is that he finally goes out to Vegas, which he's been talking about doing for years.I'm pretty sure at least one of the clubs around here will extend their hours to more daytime hours to fill that void. Especially if there are girls that worked daytime at OTB that are looking for a new place. Hopefully anyway.

Silk had daytime hours for years and ended them, even though the girls all loved the hours.

It's been just over a week since OTB has closed. Does anyone know which club (s) the OTB dancers have gone to.
I think moat dancers lived in either the Milwaukee / Racine area or Northern IL.
I don't know how likely it would be, but it would be nice if some went to Bristol or Boxxx office. It would turn $100 for 3 songs into $100 for a half hour.

Just a mini-PSA. Had some time to kill and went to OTB, knowing it was shut down. Kinda hoping to run into someone or just see what was left of the place. I did have some good times there and that place was a great escape during the day for me. They have paper sign taped on the locked doors, "permanently closed. " There was a white pick up truck right by the main entrance. Nothing else, so I left. Had to say "goodbye. " Also, went to Airport Lounge and that's gone, too. I didn't know that was closed so I struck out big time on Saturday. No where else to go now. I looked up 3 parlors on rubmaps and all 3 were close but grannies and easter was closed. So there's nothing left in south MKE or southeast WI anymore. And they were grannies and I couldn't do it. That would have been my first time at airport lounge. Was going to take the plunge. LOL I avoid silk like the plague.

They are open now at noon on Thursday and Friday. Mike from OTB was bartending Thursday and will be getting more time. I knew three of the girls from the old day shift at silk. Slightly more expensive but the only real day option. They do have lunch and happy hour on those days. It was fun! I think the house mom may have come from OTB but it was dark. I hope this helps and is a good contribution from a guy who just does not have a great deal to offer the senior members.

Silk claims the closure of their Water Street location is temporary. Why do I get the feeling that they are using the downtown issues as cover for closing a location that probably never was very profitable?

They've been trying to sell for over a year, but now they can do a temporary closure, claim damage to income from the fights and what not, and then make claims on their business interruption insurance.
I am going to be in town for the Brewers games, but may be interested in checking out the clubs here. But, this feed seems fairly dead. Are the clubs that boring? I am coming from Seattle and know a dancer (I don't know her well) who might be working there, though I don't know her stage name or which club. She does stand out a bit because she has a blacked out neck. Does this sound familiar? Thanks!

Personaly I've never been to OTB, (I've led a sheltered life) but for those who have you may want to get a seat that you got a lap dance in, or maybe it's the sink you puked in at a birthay party. They're having an oline auction if all the items in the building and outside.
