According to national human trafficking hotline statistics. Wisconsin comes in 39th (tied with 11 other states #s 40-50) as having <3 reported cases.
According to human trafficking map-polaris project wisconsin has 17 trafficking hotspots at least 5 of the hotspot circles are in areas with cities too small to be named on the map when fully magnafied. Other traffic hotspots include baraboo, marinette, eau claire, river falls, platt ville, beaver dam etc. Nowhere am I finding milwaukee as a hub of trafficking except local media. Our liberal media draws attention to a somewhat non issue which enables right wing factions to claim a need for increased perventative police measures which entails more profileing and constitutional rights abuses. I think that most providers, 80-90% have a record. Ever since the Russian girl was located I was able to finish my hobby clock. Was able to locate 13 pics of providers that the state had in their photo album. Took my top 12 favorites and put my ATF in the 12 spot.

But I avoid drugs and video tapes. I've been on the wrong end of those things enough to know not to go there. Putting money on women's accounts leaves too much of a paper trail. I've done it but only to those who have given me a bargain rate in the past and I sort of owed them a favor. And only with the promise of cut rate service later. Most of them knew they would not be able to crap right for a week if I helped them out. So far I don't have any bad debts owed to me. One time it took 3 years go collect.

Their angle was how folks around there don't feel the police are doing enough to curb drug / prostitution activity. Now, I'm not in the area often and am an ignoramus when it comes to drug knowledge but the cops are doing an amazing job with their presence. I passed by this morning and there were some SW's but there was no way I was taking the risk. The thing that kept me wise today was this: If I'm seeing uniformed LEO on foot, bike and cruisers, there are probably some unmarked observers as well.

If you truly had contacts in City Hall you would know this is part of a months long, long term plan to clean up the South Side, starting with the lawsuits against Churchill. That the Churchill lawsuit was so successful they intend to use it every chance they get. That raids on drug houses and trap houses have become weekly events shutting them down as fast as they can reopen. That the newest strategy is to go into a house and demand that everyone except the actual leaseholder leave. Knowing that has had the same effect as drug raids in shutting down drug houses. That the dealers are having a tough time finding rental properties and many are working off the street, on bicycles or their cars (or stolen cars) becoming a mobile delivery service. That shutting down the traphouses has left any number of SW's in a bind with nowhere to go which as led to a resurgence of the pimp. They stay off the loop and drive 2 or 3 girls in at a time to walk for a while. That sweeps are pretty much a weekly event now.
It isn't much of leap to guess next week will be a heavy enforcement time given all the media attention, but spare us trying to look important by claiming City Hall sources, you'd have had a lot more info a lot earlier. " I'm guessing the rent-a-cops will turn over the plate numbers of frequently seen cruisers in the area to the city. Then the city will run the plates and the letter will be mailed with city letterhead. This is nothing new. They did this many years ago for the street walking problem that existed on Wisconsin Avenue between 27th and 35th Street. At that time the neighbors provided the plate numbers of cars in the area cruising.

If this company is being hired by the City, or on their behalf, it will be very easy for them to get it. Some large companies in Wisconsin run the plates of cars entering their lots automatically using special software analytics and they have no issues getting access to that DMV info. It's best to just assume you are on camera most of the time in areas that have a street-walker presence.

Like the saying goes "you can't fight City Hall. " I'm guessing the rent-a-cops will turn over the plate numbers of frequently seen cruisers in the area to the city. Then the city will run the plates and the letter will be mailed with city letterhead. This is nothing new. They did this many years ago for the street walking problem that existed on Wisconsin Avenue between 27th and 35th Street. If you give off the wrong signals, they will on occasion run the plates and there are about 3 easy and quick ways to do it. One spa has a frequent flyer card. You gave them your birthday, period. They noted what you looked like. When you come to the spa, give them your birth date, they pull your card and you are all set. They might have noted your first name, where you are from, what you like, if you are nice, tipping level. A new girl will know right away she is in safe hands. Or if she needs to be prepared for a jerk. Most plate searches are false alarms, but when you have a questionable business model, you can't take chances. Owners also don't like having to be at the spa. If they own more than one they would rather monitor the cameras at home or on the road with their phone. So how do they know which car is yours? They might not. Normally guys park in front. This is like marking your territory. Others park a block away, and some of you should. But they really need to see you get out of your car. Someone is often watching what is going on. I've been chased off by angry owners while trying to snap a pic. If they got my plates, they might be curious as to who I am and why I was taking a pic. I even got a call from one once asking. Look, if you are a nice guy, good customer, no threat, you have nothing to fear. The last one I was at I made note on how many web cams I could find. OMG --I found quite a few spread out the spa. Not in the rooms but where you think they should be. The wires all lead back to some kind of router in the bull pen. And just to make it more dramatic, one wire from the wall clock went to it, so I'm sure they had a camera in the clock. Don't freak out, its for everyone's protection.

I told them I stopped at the house in response to a craiglist ad I had responded to several weeks before and only now was I able to travel to (the city I was stopped in) to view the item. Told them the item wasn't as advertised and I left. They pretty much told me I was full of shit and asked to see the ad, phone conversations, etc. I responded that the ad was no longer up and, that if they are questioning my authenticity then I don't need to answer any more questions and, since you know where I was coming from, you have every opportunity to go and question the residents of that house to get their story. I knew she left the house immediately after I did as I know it wasn't her house. 3 minutes later they said I could leave.
Moral of this story, don't be afraid to walk away from ANYBODY if you feel somethings wrong (I had a buck twenty into her). I had read on another site that there were a couple of providers / customers that were feeding info to LEO in this city and at that moment, thought this was a real possibility and given that the police were already driving by when I was walking out less than 5 minutes from arrival I'd say it happened here. Play safe, stay safe and do what Lefty says. Keep these girls at arms length and be very certain about anyone you choose to bring into your world.

At the same time, judges will have actual sex traffickers in their courtrooms and give them ridiculously weak sentences. I wondr if getting the HPV immunization shots that pre-active teens will reduce the incidence of oral HPV.You can get it at any age, but it is only 'recommended' for adults under 26. There is no research into older men getting the shot and how effective it is against oral cancer. Since it is not recommended, your insurance won't pay for it. Expect to pay $150+.

For any immunization, I recommend shopping around. I priced Walmart vs Walgreens for a different vaccine a year ago and Wally Mart was 35 cheaper per shot.
Even if you have insurance, go the cheaper route- all insurance companies do is pass the cost back to the consumer in next years premiums.

Nope, not for providers guys, sorry. West Allis has developed an interactive map showing where Narcan has been administered. Worth a quick look. For example, you can look at how many are grouped around 76th and Greenfield. If a provider says her incall is near there or wants to be picked up / dropped off near there, understand that the area is probably seeing an uptick in LEO patrols.

Then because she was in pain and suffering the dude decided to put her out of misery by beating her to death with a bat or pipe.
