Long time lurker here. Things seem to be quite a bit different in our are than what they were several years ago. Not sure if it's my approach, age, or if more providers just generally seem to have more on the table these days. Pretty much everywhere seems to have extras as in the past many places only seemed to be SS with some exceptions.
I will share what I believe works well for approach and I very well may have read this on this forum but here goes.
Walk in and you will be greeted by your MP, taken back to a room, and pay the house fee for the time you ask for. Strip down and look around the room to find the pillow. Usually it's under the massage table, but in some cases can be somewhere else in the room. Put the pillow on the table and lie down on your back face up. When your MP walks in, you will be presenting to her and she will know the reason you are there. With this method, usually is just a few light strokes across your body and she will quickly ask what you want and negotiating begins.
Now if you actually want the massage, by all means go face down on the table, however if not, I have found this works well to get straight down to business.
Hope this is helpful to someone, but many of you may already have your own approach down that works for you.

Based on reviews here, I took the 112 mile each way drive to Green Bay and visited Leisure Spa. When I tried to Google Leisure Spa to find the address I got nothing, but finally found a old post here that included the phone number and Googling that got me the address. (1639 Deckner Ave) The facility is very clean and nice.
I arrived at about 9:45 in the morning and Coo Coo met me at the door. Mid 30's to mid 40's I'd guess, very attractive face and nice makeup, and even though they were original issue, gorgeous boobies. Maybe wouldn't hurt to loose 15 or so pounds around the waist and upper thighs though.
We went to a room and she started the massage. Overall I'd say the massage was better than any I've had so far, her technique was different and I preferred how she was doing it from the few others I've had. The flip came after only 10 minutes, maybe a minute or so less. When I rolled over and she saw I was already hard she went right to asking what I wanted, listing the 3 choices. I chose full and she ask 200.I shook my head no and said normal was 150 or 160.she offered 180 and although I knew I was probably paying more than I would have had to I said OK. I was expecting her to get on top, but she lay sideways on the table on her back with me standing and it worked great. The only place for a decent 'real" massage is treat your body on wisconsin.
Here is my standard MO.
Walk into the MP and whoever comes to greet me, I size them up. How are they dressed? Are they reasonably attractive? (I. E. Will I be able to get it up? Are they polite and friendly? Do they look rushed or busy? Are they currently in the middle of a massage? If enough of those answers are positive and depending on my level of "need" I will proceed with the transaction and onto the next step. Is the answers are negative and its not happening, I will ask "how much for the hour?" and regardless of what they say I simply state that I need to go get more cash and walk out.
Assuming the former, she will lead me to the room, I will pay the agreed to house rate (typically 60 or 70/ hr here in the valley) and she will scurry off to do lord knows what while I disrobe. I typically get fully naked, lay face down on the table, spread my legs some and put any cover towel on a chair or the side table. I will always lay out what my desired tip will be on the table and put my keys or sunglasses on top of it. I never enter the establishment with anything on my person that I am not willing to lose. Sometimes I will hold some reserve tip but even that is rare.
Next, she comes in and we chit chat a little depending on her engrish level. What is your name, how long have you been here, are you up from Chicago? Etc. The "up from chicago" question has signaled my desired intentions more often than not. She will then ask "hard, med, or soft" I always pick hard and have only once been sorry. Typically these smaller asian ladies are just not strong enough to go too hard on the massage. I'm a fairly average build guy and typically their "hard" is enough that I can feel them working but not soo much that its hurting. On one rare occasion I said "hard" and she took that as a personal challenge to test my limits. Had to dial her back a couple of times. Anyway, typically the rest is pretty standard. 80-90% of the massage concentrated on my back, 10-20% on my legs and arms. 80% of the time spent before the flip, 20% after. I am partial to the tease and really like that. There have been a few that were really good at it. The place that used to be on 47 just south of 441, forgot the name but its closed now that they remodeled the strip mall. Anyway, her tease was magnificent. I went there mostly for that.

Probably way more info than you were looking for, but I like to write long posts from time to time.

Sometimes you just want a good massage session. Things in A-Town and south are dry as a bone so headed up to GB on a whim. Most of you likely have seen this, but Gonh has moved from Military / Shawano to a site on Velp Ave. From the looks of the place, it's probably less rent there.
I went to try the new gohn a few nights ago. Location is definitely cheaper then other place just by the looks of it. I wasnt a huge fan of the setup inside, all the rooms doors are right in the open of the main lobby, so anyone entering can hear everything. The good is, the building doesn't have much traffic and that area of velp isn't too busy, parking next to side door, I used the side door to enter.

From the massage standpoint, they do immersion in a hot tob to some choices of beach rooms or jungle rooms, etc. Massage was good, but legit. They are very straight forward with that. All in all a good time; but Big GPS o the upgrades. Quoted 200 & 300; not sure what the difference was there as both seemed to be FS. Maybe she slipped up.
