I actually saw her just the other night.
She sounded the same on the phone as previously described but said she had just woke up from a nap. I'm human too and also take naps so it wasn't much of a big deal. When I met with her, she was very cordial and polite. Had some "real life" stuff going on but it didn't take away from my experience with her.
