Well guys, it was bound to happen sooner or later. Yesterday I was ripped off by someone I should've known better than to deal with. She goes by Jessica, short bleached hair and a neon eyebrow ring. They'll get you one way or another.I can confirm that officers are not required to do anything they are uncomfortable with doing, but can do pretty much anything they want. They can lie, they can say whatever they want, and do nearly anything they want to do. All without much risk of getting in trouble. They will absolutely give you bs tickets like the one RepArgent received, knowing you are almost 100% certain to pay it without making a stink over it because of the situation. If you want, it's very simple to go to court, say you were waiting at the light and noticed a woman you thought might be in trouble, only to realize she was engaging in illegal behavior. But then you have to expose the fact that you were there in the first place and offer the people in your life an explanation. It's typically easier to pay it and make it go away.
The police will even abuse what little lines exist to protect us to ensure that they make themselves feel better for "cleaning up the streets". They couldn't care less about the very, very obvious drug dealers walking up and down the same street. It's far too much effort to watch them for 20 minutes for probable cause when they can ensure that two people do not engage in sexual activity and generosity at the same relative moment in time.

Cruising this morning on the D just south of Burton. WSW not fat and not rail thin either. I would say D is best in terms of availability. It's a long stretch, and it's very well known. But that also means LE is well aware of it (as they are of every area). Especially if you have a conspicuous vehicle, once you pass a cruiser, you might want to head to a different area so they don't see you circling around. You can also find girls on many of the side streets. They obviously have to get to the main drag somehow.
Both of the girls I saw on Bridge were near Stocking. The first SW I ever saw get into a car was actually in that area, I think on 1st. Also any of the main roads that run north and south through the west side are worth checking out. I saw a really hot BSW on Seward south of Leonard a couple years ago.
