I was back in Jacksonville today and right on Morton, the main drag, I saw a little unmistakable "massage" neon sign.
Summer Spa the sign says out front and I was too busy to stop. Well that and there's no discreet parking unless you park at the tobacco store next door.
After I move to Springfield Jacksonville finally gets a spa.

Passing through SPI yesterday and decided to stop for a rub. My usual spot Health & Wellness on Sangamon looked closed and no one answered the phone. Decided on Cozy which was close. Went to Royal on a Sunday morning a while back because Jade already had two cars parked out front. Big mistake. Lady in her mid-forties greeted me, tells me she's the only one there. Had quite the runaround this afternoon. Was planning on going to Jade but there was already a car parked out front when I got there, and since there's usually only one girl working, I decided to give L Spa a try. Can any give a list of names of parlors and locations? Start with Google Maps. Search for "asian massage. " Check the hours. Ignore any that are not open late (10 pm or later). Check the reviews. Ignore any places that have a bunch of reviews from women. If you see a review from a guy who says he left happy, give it an extra star.
Managing expectations: Most massage joints are totally legit. The ones with extras tend to offer nothing more than a handshake. Full service is fairly rare, with the exception of Centreville (East St. Louis).

I've been doing this just a few years, on and off. Looking to see if there are any table showers that are worthwhile in Spfld. Never had that experience before and figured why not? Any tips or advice is appreciated.

Salina gives a good table shower at Healthy. That's the only one that I've gotten in town. A-1 says they have a full shower but I haven't used it, I don't know if it's solo to get clean before the rub or if the provider gets in with you. Kiku in Decatur offers a table shower and sauna and I've always had a good time there.

TSs vary but the most common around here is:
You relax, ready to have fun, and disrobe completely as soon as you pay the entrance fee and are left in the massage room. You put your towel around you when (not before) the lady comes in to lead you to the TS. She puts rubber boots on and wears clothing that is either sexy or not but that she won't need to dry later if it gets wet. She uses a hand shower head to rinse you, you lie down on your belly, she rinses and scrubs your body (not your face or head), often with rubber gloves or a loofa. If she touches a place that tickles and it feels good, you squirm to encourage. If you politely indicate your interest by gently touching her legs, she'll move away or not and that will be informative. Don't grope unless she seems to encourage that.

Stopped in late afternoon the other day. Was able to have a session with the petite Candy that everyone on here has raved about. No table shower, a shower is available to use which I did.
