I'm planning on going there this week, will report back.If you can get in there between 2 and 5, you should find plenty of girls looking to make a buck.

If you can get in there between 2 and 5, you should find plenty of girls looking to make a buck.Travel past many times a week and know that this is, as the whole strip is, an after work entertainment environment. There are retired regulars that I am sure stop in to chat with the talent as they are familiar faces, however talent being greedy if one walks in known or unknown during those hours when they are just sitting around waiting until 5, ones mileage should be good.

So, it's been a while since I did the Mannheim bar thing. I decided to check things out this week. Drove by Louie's, the parking lot was full 3 deep. Found that strange for late on a weeknight, didn't bother to check it out. Went to J's, the plywood has been removed but chairs & tables are set up blocking off the back dance area. Most of the girls were not to my liking but a slender cute AA dancer approached me. She assured me that she'd make me happy if I took a dance from her. Offer was for 60, I asked if we could use the old dance area & she said it was still off limits. She assured me she'd be discreet, but I declined as I am not comfortable with that type of dance in the open.
Off to Bobby's. Walked in & saw no dancers. Turns out they were closing early due to it being slow. All the girls had already left the floor to change into street clothes. I didn't even bother ordering a beer, just turned around & left.
Was heading home & saw Playpen was open & a few cars in the lot. I figured, what the heck. I went in & there were a couple women hanging out as the bar. I ordered a dring & noticed oneof the women was that train wreck Dana. She was busy trying to hustle some guy for money. I could tell she was drunk or otherwise impared. The guy she was working was getting really annoyed & eventually left. At one point she started babbling about guys & money, said something about lifting a guys wallet. She started looking around the room looking for another mark. I decided this was my time to leave. I can't believe they still let her hang out there. She chases customers & other girls away. Not sure but she may be a friend of the bartender.
Bottom line, yes, The Mannheim bars are deinately hit or miss. This night was a complete miss. Hopefully it will be better next time.

On Friday night coming home from work I cruised through and saw a nice looking either Polish or Romanian girl with a short skirt and heels get out of an suv and start to walk into carl's. Louie's late and that many cars I am wondering what that was. Doubtful they would have a private party there or? Mostly what I see is noonish and right after work action as I make it a point to do a run through no matter where my travels take me.

At J's, there is an AA girl there that needed some work on her car. So I asked what what she needed as I am good with car maintenance and repair. She said she needed new brakes and so I told her I could do that in the parking lot across the street. So we exchanged numbers, and I bought the brake pads at Autozone up the street. Our deal was this: I buy the brake pads, change them our for her, and we spend an hour at the Relax Inn on River Road. We got done with the brakes, and wandered over to the notel. So for an hour or so of my time, I had hers. All holes open, CIM to finish, and next time she said she would let me COF. I have not seen her for at least a few weeks, but she is AA, very pretty face, very cool lady with a kid, and does have some baby damage. But the trade was great. Was coming through the area from a family outing on the 4th and wanted a beer so I stopped in at Bobby's and ordered a beer and got a decent dance from a spinner AA girl (I forget her name). Finished my beer and headed out and as I was going by the Playpen I saw two girls walk in so I pulled into the parking lot and walked in. The two girls were in the outside smoke area chatting with a couple guys so I walked into the bar and sat down and ordered a beer. Anyway after a little while the famous track star Dana sits next to me and starts her hustle. I told her I was not interested and she kept going. I caught her reaching in my pockets so I immediately got up and left. I know she was let go at other bars in the area for being dishonest and ripping customers off. I guess it's a matter of time till she gets thrown out of there as well.

It's been quite a few years, however I have mentioned on here that I did book strippers and topless waitresses for private events (so stag nights, bachelor parties, divorce parties, et al) and I can tell you at first when I did not know what was what I made a lot of mistakes in putting girls together on shows that really brought a lot of drama. Also a bf of one of the strippers was also one of those chippendale type dudes and was a booker, manager of sorts so he was helping me book at the start. Of course he brought all his drama and was using my good nature and business acumen to play the strippers off each other so he could bed them down at will. He also was a woman abuser. I learned a lot during that period. Mostly to stay far away from that element. It's just too difficult to control. I would tell people that it was 90% of my bs and 10% of my business so I was out! Their minds are just too warped to make any business sense out of their actions. They left another as in me to do the clean up with the customers!

White always jumpy and just a lot of body language that I have seen walking on both sides of the strip near my friend's little car wash there on the west side south of full. I took her as a street person, however she does not look homeless more just agitated is all.

Funny I have not been inside the pen in years. The last time I was sitting at the bar with a buddy from back in the day just bar hopping is all and we were just chatting. The first thing I noticed after sitting down, was the obvious visibility just about everyone in the bar has of the dance area. The hight of little gate, combined with the hight of the chairs & the strategically aimed green lights, means anyone getting a dance is visible to most of the bar. As for the 5 to the house, that's just for the "privilege" of using the dance area. Maybe things slowed down after the back room was closed & trying to make up lossed income? (just a thought).
I've had the opportunity to chat with a couple of the dancers after they've had a few drinks. A couple of them have been very chatty. I'm told the girls all have to sign a list of rules for using the dance area. It basically forbids anything that could cause trouble with the locals. Of course, there's always girls that push the rules. That can be a good thing or a bad thing depending on how in tune the dancer is to the surroundings / situation.
I'm pretty much done with J's for now. Not a fan of the new layout of the dance area. Had a few good visits to Bobby's but that seems to have fizzled out. Might start checking out Louies, although it seems to always be crowded.
I'm new to this around and last week I went around and checked out some of the local place such as J's, Carl's and Louies's. I went around 8 on a Monday. Nothing really exciting going on at any of them. Was kind of disappointed. I'm mean to be honest after reading this forum, I wasn't expecting much but figured it was still worth a drive around town.
Does anyone have any info they'd be willing to share about any good spots to go to and when, or girls they know of that are decent looking that work at some of these places.

Hit up Louie D's today, had some $10 dances. Didn't get any of the dancers names but light colored haired Latina was extremely playful and suggested a back room dance for $40 plus $20 to the bartender. At least J's and Bobby's have kept the craziest of the crazies, Dana out of their bars!Decided to head out to the Mannheim scene the other night. Figured I'd try J's again since I haven't been there in some time. Couldn't believe it, but Dana is back there. Can't figure out how, but she must have talked her way back on their roster. As soon as I saw her, I finished my beer & got the heck out of there.
She's been banned from every panty bar in that area including J's. She's been banned there at least a couple times. Is J's that desperate for girls, or do they just not care that one of their dancers is picking pockets & scamming customers? Guy I talked to seemed ok and said they would be open till 2 am. Not sure what to do about parking. For sure stay away from the trailer park parking as well as the spots further east in the flea. They have one lot in front of the flea and two further east on the opposite side. When the flea is closed I am sure they tow hard. If I really wanted to shoot in I could park at my friends business and bus it down, however the later it gets the fewer regular buses there are. That is a problem I don't really know how to overcome. Possibly someone that knows for sure the hook won't show up and has been there when it's crowded and has a secret place, however yea the one thing the dude did not think about is parking.

It's solvable, however for me I'll just pub tran it over since I am only a few miles. I know for sure the limited parking they have exclusively to them is right in front and to the west prior to the junkyard. That's it as far as I can see. I would not park inside the trailer park area, however what I have been told in the past is to the east as long as you are still right on lake you should be good. For sure don't park in any of the fleas three lots unless you are there during the afternoon say prior to 4 pm on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. (is the bar even open on sundays?) hope this helps as I have limited experience with the parking myself. When I went there on Friday it was late morning and they weren't open, however the guy inside told me they did complete the work and the grand reopening was last Friday.
Stopped in at Bobby's to watch the game and was joined by Remy got a couple of dances, nothing special. Then cherry sits down and we start up a conversation which was good than went for a couple of dances that were much better. Stopped at Louis on the way home just to see what the changes were, all they did was put a couple of pool tables in the other room and put a table and chairs where the old pool table was. Very cute Hispanic girl offered a dance I turned her down only because running short of $. Will go back and get her later.

Some notes about the renovation: (1) there's now a new men's restroom (as the women's was relocated), for a total of two; (2) the back room has been moved to a new space: still $60, but can't report much more since I didn't sample it (though I will next time); (3) the pool table that had been in the SW corner of the main room has been moved to the new space to the west and now there's a second pool table in that same new space, which is brightly lit compared to the main area; (4) the main area is now more roomy, even with the addition of a normal table occupying the former pool table location; (5) I parked in the lot directly to the east of the club that borders Lake Street as I have in the past--no issues there, though as others have noted it's not advisable to park in the trailer park proper.
Still the best bet in Melrose Park in my book for these reasons: no cover charge, $10 dances, full-length songs from the jukebox (that plays over the house audio system), great variety of girls suiting most guys' tastes. Can't report much on drink costs: I typically just buy a pop and tip the bartender a dollar. Looking forward to my next trip. Stay safe!

I subsequently saw your request and indeed I've been meaning to post an update, but it's been a rather busy month for me. I did manage to pop in on a Friday in November and found Louie's to be really busy. At the time I went, which was about 9 pm, there were four ebony dancers: Ashley, Keke, and Layla, and the fourth one I never had an opportunity to meet. There were a few Latina dancers and the rest were white dancers.
I've mentioned Ashley and Keke before: the new person (at least new to me) was Layla: she had blond hair, late 20's, stood at about 5'-3". I enjoyed a lap dance with her out on the floor and then we proceeded to the back room area, which I will now describe: there are two wooden bar stools (one for you, one for the dancer), shelves for your drink and for your coat / hat (though I did see some coat hooks available for those items). I saw on a subsequent visit a sign on the door requesting that drinks in bottles / glasses be kept out of the back room--perhaps someone had broken a glass in that room? Anyway, the cost is still $60, but I did find that some dancers like Layla measure the time spent in the back room by the length of three songs no matter what the runtime is for those songs (recall that they play from a jukebox over the house sound system and are uncut), whereas at least one other dancer (Roxanna) measures the time spent via a 10-minute timer on her phone, no matter how many songs play. I guess it's up to the individual dancer as to how they want to approach that. Note that of the $60 the house gets $20 and the dancer gets $40 plus anything you might give her as a tip.
I had sorely (literally speaking) wished that the seating in that back room would have gotten upgraded with the move: those chairs are rather uncomfortable (but then I'm not young anymore). Earlier this month on a Monday I paid a mid-afternoon visit to Louie's. On the rota were: (1) Kim, a curvy, aggressive, big-breasted dancer who carried a vibrator (which I didn't care for) and gave decent mileage on the floor dance; (2) Tasha, an older, very petite white dancer who's worked at Louie's for a long time and allows good grinding; (3) Casey, a white dancer with dark hair who had ample breasts that one can play with, very pretty; (4) Lacey, a white blonde, dance was okay; (5) Naira or Naima, a white or Latina dancer in a nurse outfit, with nice breasts and a sweet attitude. Had fun dancing with her.
So some of the girls are liking this new, well-lit area where the pool tables are located. On the day shift that area is usually dead, and they'll set patrons up in the southeast corner of that room, which affords some privacy: overall not a bad solution. On this visit I did not partake of the back room. These dancers were not exactly my type, but it was a fun way to spend an afternoon. I spent $70 on seven dances with five girls and $4 for a pop ($3 + $1 tip), and maybe contributed $1-2 for the jukebox, so in total a $75 visit.
Side note: Michelle was bartending, but on a subsequent visit I found that she was dancing rather than bartending. I'm not typically into white dancers, but certain personalities attract me and Michelle seems cool as hell and really pretty to boot! On the night I found her dancing she was kept busy by other customers, but I hope to have an opportunity with her sooner than later.
Speaking of that subsequent visit, it was another weekday afternoon, but later in the week on a Thursday. I saw a nice, well-endowed AA dancer named Ginger who was initially with another customer. When she was free I took her for a floor dance (in the pool table area) and proceeded to the back room, where fun was had. Note that the back room costs $60, payable to the bartender: the house keeps $20 and the dancer is credited for $40, which I guess they pay out in cash at the end of the night. Any tip for the girl is given directly to her. Anyway just know that Ginger's a sweetie, so treat her well. All in all it was another good Louie's visit, long may they prosper!

Earlier this month, I managed to have an early Saturday morning free, which was odd for me, and as I (carefully) drove through Melrose Park and Stone Park around 3:00-3:15 am, I found that everyone was closed except Carl's Bar, located at 1735 Mannheim Road in Stone Park. I managed to find a parking spot in the strip mall lot in which the bar is located. Carl's is on the east side of Mannheim and they occupy the southernmost space in the strip mall; they close at 4:00 am. (NB: we discussed this in a different thread, but if you drive through Stone Park, know that the 30 mph limit on their one-mile strip of Mannheim Road is very strictly enforced at all times by the village police.).
There was no cover at this hour; I don't know if a drink minimum was enforced, but it didn't matter because the bartenders were extremely busy. I saw some cooking going on as well, so if one was keen on eating that seems to be available. After a couple of minutes, I then proceeded to walk the floor and see what's what. The main (ground) floor has a bar along the south wall, and then tables and bar stools in an L-shape along the south and east sides of the room with a chest-high partition separating it from the area for pool tables, of which four are available. Carl's must be the only game in town because they were busy even at this late hour and I noted 2-3 couples there as well.
Plenty of guys were enjoying floor dances, and the only ebony dancer I spied was already occupied. But eventually I found Mari, who said she's has worked at Carl's for a while; her hours are mainly extended weekends on the night shift. A tall Latina (or possibly mixed), perhaps 5'-9" with nice C cups: very shapely / curvy and pretty with smooth skin with a great attitude. I wanted to close out the night with her and we enjoyed two intimate dances before Carl's closed. (Dance cost structure is one for $20, two for $30.) I would've kept dancing with Mari had it not been closing time.
I did not go upstairs, but from Mari's description it's apparently just a similar setup (bar, tables, chairs) to the downstairs area; if my understanding is correct, there are no private areas or booths or back rooms to be had. So for those enjoying time in Melrose Park and Stone Park, just know that Carl's is a good way to wrap up the night once everyone else (Louie's, J's, et al.) closes.
I hadn't visited Carl's for years, and I wouldn't mind coming back if only to spend more time with Mari and the ebony dancer whom I had missed. This experience just reminds me that making rounds of all the clubs is worth it, if only to collect more data and observe any operational changes (hopefully for the better). Stay safe, everyone!

If she backs you up, it becomes a can of worms with potential police involvement for them. That place is completely wired with video on every angle. More than one bartender has told me, if Annette see's they've been out for a smoke for too long, she calls their cell to tell them to get back behind the bar. If she denies having seen it or having video, then it's your word against Mia's. Doubt if other dancers would speak up to police as they all want to stay in good with Annette. As happens all too often, it's not about what's legal or what laws have been broken, It's about who is willing to go against the establishment. They don't want to bite the hand that feeds them. They forget, we're the hand that feeds as we're the ones paying exorbitant amounts for a few minutes of grinding.

I'm on the text message list for the latter (the owners of which also operate Polekatz and one or two others), and sometimes a special will be running such as free cover and $10 dances. Let's show up at noon.The girls start at noon, but that doesn't necessarily mean they'll be dressed & ready to work at that time. I've gone in there plenty of times at 1 pm & girls were working. They seem to do OK with the lunchtime crowd. There's ususlly fewer than later in the day but not a bad selection. Noon should work but you might have to wait a little while while they get ready.

Just thought I'd file a brief report: on a recent slow-ish Saturday, I had a good time with the ladies at Louie's, including three Latinas, Bianca, JoJo, and Natalia, one white dancer, Mila, and one AA dancer, Layla. Took Bianca, about 5'-7" or so and nice and thick, for an immensely wonderful private dance. I figured I'd file a third report: on a recent Sunday visited Louie's Lounge: on the rota were Tasha (petite mature dancer and a Louie's veteran), a Latina, whom I did not have the opportunity to meet, and Ginger, whom I've written about before and who is worth describing again, this time in detail. I immediately caught sight of Ginger, an AA dancer, upon entering the bar and at that point didn't want dances from anyone else. (My tastes are on the chocolate end of the spectrum.) She was with another patron, so I waited for her to be free.
Ginger stands about 5'-7" or so, with medium-length straight black hair, medium complexion, mesmerizing dark eyes, and a smile to match. As of this morning when I drove down that way headed to the flea. Now it's been a few weeks since I drove all the way down to lake so I just noticed it. I know recently, especially since they got into major construction right in front of the place, I have seen nothing in or out of there or even in the parking lot. So the regulars that hang on heim might have some info to pass along to the group here. I am just wondering if something went down inside and they decided to pull their liquor license or possibly ownership just gave up with all that construction right in front for what seemed like months. She asked me if I knew Kat. I said yes but hadn't seen her in a long time. Apparently she recently passed away. For those of you that don't remember her, she'd been around for several years. Very quirky, liked to dress up in cat themed clothes (Hello Kitty etc). She was overall a decent person & battled some type of health issue (kidney / liver or something like that). It eventually caught up to her, very sad. She was fun to hang with & gave nice dances.
Speaking of the past, anyone like to reminisce about earlier days in that area? At least until things open up again?

Sorry I have been off the street as well with the shutdown I have been staying more up this way on my bicycle and just hitting groceries as needed or atms in the area. I also would be very interested with a potential remodel and what would open there. Possibly gambling with the state loosening up, however of course with the shutdown entertainment service businesses are going to be hurtin for certain for quite a while. I am just waiting for the fleas to open back up because when they shutdown I was toast! Course go figure an essential business is a liquor store, however a place to get a haircut is not! My fleas are all closed and seeing this pic of louie's brings tears to my eyes! Not so much that they are closed, however the way they close! All our little villages over here are not the safest when you get anywhere near the strip so people do tend to take extra precautions! It's like the city when I drive in from up here at the airport down grand to downtown to pick up my mail. When businesses close for the night or weekend or for this predicament we are all in they have those pull down metal curtains or the bars like at uncle louie's. Well if they were trying to take us down they are doing a darn good job. However, our spirit must remain intact and the south (the little guy) will rise again! With the right provider! If I'm not mistaken, bars should reopen late next month. I'm concerned about how Louie's, Carl's, Bobby's, and J's will look like once things get going again. After all, the dances are close contact with plenty of roaming in those places, so given the current pandemic, I wonder if the bars will allow dancers at all. Or if they do, will they be air dances like the ones the city strip bars have (which BTW are no fun at all with no touching allowed whatsoever for both dancer and client)?

The reason of course is that dudes won't show more than one time and girls will be complaining to management and owners that they are gone because they are not making enough money. If customers don't come in to buy drinks then the place closes. The restrictions out there now have killed many small businesses and will do same to these little bikini bars on heim unless fuzz and government looks the other way. So they go out of business and then they don't need a liquor license, collect sales tax, village permits, et al, et al, et al. So it's all about the loosing if they don't allow that leeway so guys want to come in and drop cash.

Has a few picnic tables near the front of the door in the parking lot. Now what and if they will even open and for what is anybodie's guess. In melrose an auto parts store is completely boarded up, however open. The local big box store has piled the wood supply in front of their windows and many others have at the very least boarded up their doors. Also lots of podding of fuzz from melrose, franklin, darts boyz, et al. I mean heim looks pretty much the same and no boarding so I don't have a clue what is going to happen on that street. I came south from the airport and turned on north. Unfortunately with my flea closed I have not gone down to take a look see at the pen or what is left of it. Stay safe and all be well. We go into phase 4 this Friday so I think officially places can serve indoors. I am sure that is community by community, however I think across the state except in chicago proper the establishments can serve liquor indoors with the proper precautions.

I don't know if she's a SW or just another junkie. What amazed me was the fact that she was out there for at least a half hour and no cops harassed her. They didn't show up until she started removing her clothes. They called an ambulance to take her away.There are a lot of basket cases walking around out there. By my friends car wash there is one white girl that will walk around and be having a convo with herself that one can hear from a distance. Have not seen what you are referring to though. I think eventually when she started to take off her clothes she had to go. So she will have a home in the loonie bin for the next two or three days. At least she will get a shower, roof over her head and meals. Then thrown back out on the street to start the whole thing over. But yea pretty common on the strip to see what I refer to as the mumble people.

I made rounds early this week. I started at Louie's but was early in the afternoon and it was a little slow; however, the bartender (who dances Thursdays) was a knock out and a sweet heart. I had a beer and moved on. I stopped by Jays and it looked a little too crowded so decided to skip it. Bobby's was ok. I think I saw 3 girls but they didn't look great. I walked into Carl's and there was one guy sitting in the bar so I walked out. I went back to Louie's and had a great time. This is the first time I've gone to the back since they changed things around and I really like the new setup. Much better than before. Hope everyone has a good 4th.

I stopped by Bobby's around 10 and it was pretty dead. 3 girls but they didn't look great or interesting.
Headed over to J's and 3 girls were working. Got a dance from Monica, she's cool but she says no extras in the current setup because it's too out in the open. One girl seemed only interested in guys she knows and the last girl was was kinda busted.
Overall, very slow night compared to last week. I thought the holiday weekend would bring out action but it's the opposite.

I've gotten more variety of services performed in the (more expensive) "back room" at Louies than I've gotten at J's. However, more than once that "variety" has included dances that're barely any different from the bar-side dances, leaving me feeling like I got scammed into wasting quite bit of cash. With the right girl, on the right day though, Louies far exceeds anything I've experienced at J's And is well worth the cost. Meanwhile, at J's I've more reliably "gotten the job done", and for much lower cost, but there have been a lot more limitations on just how much they're willing / able to do.

Pulled in to Js and there were only two cars in the lot so decided not to go in. Stopped by Bobby and seemed like a decent crowd. Maybe 12 costumer and 4 girls, princess, cherry, and 2 others I didn't know. About 3-4 o'clock.
Js made news Saturday morning. Some guy from Bensenville was shot in the head by a single shot. Was told by a streetwalker and a dancer there. Not sure the reason why but pretty sure that it's going to get the wrong attention. Too bad for this place.

I've gotten more variety of services performed in the (more expensive) "back room" at Louies than I've gotten at J's. Thanks.Unfortunately, there is no set of rules for success in the lingerie clubs. You need to talk with as many of the girls as possible and see if any of them throw off a vibe that she's willing to bend the rules. Sometimes it's as obvious as her coming up and grabbing your junk and offering a HJ or more. My experiences are that the AA girls seem to be a lot more willing to play. A lot of them also like to offer OTC. I can't begin to count the number of dancers phone numbers.
Don't just jump at the first opportunity that comes your way unless you really feel like she'll be a good one. I don't care how long you have been going to these bars, you will still make a mistake. Cut your losses early and move on. Good luck my friend.

Thanks.Before getting dances, find out the price per dance and see if she can make you a dance. !0, 20,30 per dance or two for whatever. And keep track of how many songs have played to avoid sticker shock at the end.

It will be interesting to see how long it lasts this time.While at my local fast food joint, I got into the discussion with the counter girl about the shutdown. She mentioned that was supposed to last about two weeks and the see what happens. But I just read in the local paper that the cases are sky high, so two weeks seems to be too soon.

Imo the answer to the how they can survive is simple. They can't! Anyone ever check out All Stars in McHenry, IL?I agree with Jc2490: you're probably thinking of All Star Bar and Grill, located at 7949 47th Street in McCook (a little west of Harlem).
Actually this came up last month in the Chicago Strip Clubs forum. I pointed out that from 1995-2010 there was another, similarly named club closer to Melrose Park: All-Stars Gentlemen's Club located at 11645 West Grand Avenue in Northlake. After suffering a structure fire the club was never rebuilt and the property was turned into a truck parking lot. All that remains is a tiny portion of the original building, now used for storage, that bears the old club's name.

These were also shared with surrounding municipalities in the area who'd boards also voted to ban in fear that these activities would move in to their town. It is uncertain if J's will ever open again but if they do, there will be NO dancers as things stand.
Then there's Bobby's. While they are open, they're on restricted hours (I believe only til 11). There are a few girls that hang out there but in everyday clothing, no Lingerie anymore. There are no dances at all. The few girls are trying to get tips for sitting getting cozy or giving a massage, but don't expect much. They getting a small crowd, they hired that smokin hottie bartender from J's (I believe Annie / Anna?) & she has quite a following to my understanding.

Not sure what you mean about what the door fee is for other than enterance, admission, cover charge. It's $10 cover everyone that came in had to pay it. I was there on a Saturday. I have no idea if it's just a weekend thing, or evenings only etc. Definitely worth it as the dancers were all top shelf so to speak. I saw a couple dancers that I'd seen at some of the Mannheim bars, but for the most part, all very hot. Just keep in mind, if you go, the dances are not hi mileage like Louies or J's use to be. The dances are in a seperate large room sed up with stools around the parimeter & dances are $10 per song unless you prefer topless, then it's $20. I only did the $10 option.

The owner had years of video backed up from all the cameras (rumors are that he kept it for his own "enjoyment") Once the police confiscated the surveillance vids to investigate the shooting, they saw all the other stuff going on. Once the village board gets involved, it's no longer possible for the police to look the other way. The surrounding communities all did the same thing figuring these type situations could spill in to their communities.
This dancer ban originally included Stone Park (Carls). Carls has now reopened with dancers like before. I'm told the Mayor of Stone Park did a 180 on the ban. It's also possible they're testing the waters but I believe but it's more likely they got the OK from above (IMHO).

I don't think that one was actually because of a fight that spilled out from the club. I heard a guy just wound up in their parking lot and was chased from another burb. Also I haven't a clue what will become of the spot j's is / was on. The former playpen is still up for rent as well as the building next to it. Heim is pretty sketchy up and down with flop houses, et al. I don't even know who would want to open a business on that strip let alone in this current climate. Oh just a side note- I saw another one of those reported jack shack signs today as I was coming out of the dollar store. Also last week one of the flop houses caught on fire and is now condemned. So I mean it's not exactly an upscale area to begin with and now with the dancers removed from most all of what is left it's just going spiral imo. It's too bad really in that people have to over play their hands and f**k it up for the rest of us! I mean all of this back room happy ending stuff has been going on for years, however liked mentioned once you get village boards eyes on you, you are gone!Where is this jack shop at? There are several in multiple strategic locations along Mannheim. They all have the same number which is to one of those ridiculously overpriced rip off places on Lake. Clever marketing technique. If they get even 1 extra chump, it pays for those signs & then some.
